Love the tiny house here, she did very well, but what I miss sometimes is the aspect of land. She created a beautiful place on rented, borrowed or bought land ????. Land is a big part of the total budget. Would be nice with videos including tips, tricks and strategies for the tiny house placement and land.

@@louisegogel7973 thanks , but I have seen many videos on this channel and other places. Often it's just mentioned, we rent the land or this is family land, we stay for free or yes bought land. But I can't recall any talks or discussions about land cost or rent , that gives you a sense of total cost. I would just love to get a estimate on what it cost monthly to live this life style in different areas, countries and sizes of land. How expensive is a plot of land in New Zealand , like some examples ? What is the gap between renting a normal house and this on the open market, that would be interesting. Here in Denmark there are many regulations and I saw one guy building a tiny house on a normal house plot , the total cost house and plot was like over $ 400.000.

Really loving these stories of ordinary people doing something as extraordinary as building their own home! Please continue to share this magic with us, Bryce and Rasa!
There is nothing extraordinary here. Building a house is not that exciting or impressive... Is everyone in these comments just city dwellers who have never used a tool before? ... She built a shed...
Wow, that is possibly one of the most beautiful and cleverly built tiny houses I have ever seen on this channel. It sent tingles of excitement through me, and I will definitely be taking inspiration from this incredible home when I am an adult and make a start on my own tiny house. Congratulations Marie, thank you to you, Bryce and Rasa for showing us this masterpiece!
Oh, this whole video was a lovely little dose of joy. I love the women's carpentry gatherings. Reminds me of a weekly gathering I do with my female friends where we all hang out with whatever craft work we have, whether painting, embroidery, crochet, etc., and just do our own stuff with company:) Definitely makes life better!
Wow! For that size and she has everything functional with daily needs. I like the sofa around the table to turn it into a bed. That's a clever design! The bathroom is stunning! I love the stained glass window and the plant up there.
Yes, A S K --- I, too, hope Bryce keeps up this site. I love his videos and missed them during the pandemic. He makes the entire process look so easy, but in one of my favorite episodes, with the adorable puppet, he let a very human moment escape, indicating how much work and energy one episode must take. Finding new tiny houses, traveling, lugging equipment, interviewing, filming, and editing --- it must be a ton of work. But each episode is seamless! And if I'm any indication, as are the many other commenters on his site, he has a devoted and highly appreciative audience. Count me in --- big fan here in the States.
@@mollylundquist9145 You're so right! There are so many tiny house channels on youtube, but this one is head and shoulders above the rest - partially because of the quality of the houses themselves, but far more so because of the impeccable quality of Bryce and Rasa's hard work. It must take a great deal of effort. I'm just grateful to have come across this channel - 2 years ago, now - and have the privilege of watching. They deserve every subscriber they get.
Marie's creativity covers every part of this delightful house. Her pride in this creation comes right through. Well done, and best of luck to her in her future plans.
She did a fantastic job & how great it must feel to have done it herself. I love the feel & shape of her home, inside & out. I wish her nothing but success in her future.
I love how this is like an apartment version of a tiny house. I def agree with her that an extra meter would of helped make things easier by a lot. My dream tiny house is a storage box that is 20 feet long. Well done ladies!
It feels and looks so much bigger than it actually is! Gloriously beautiful. And I entirely relate to what Marie said about 'building it herself so she knows every aspect of it makes her feel safe' . I had exactly that experience when I built mine, and though I have since moved on, into a small 'normal' house, that feeling has never left me. And of course Bryce, you and your first videos were the inspiration for me too, and made me feel it was possible. Thankyou.
Wow - a perfect video. The story of the three women supporting each other in developing wood-working skills is particularly great. And the home itself has gorgeous proportions and design and is so welcoming.
As an architect I would say well done girl !! My congrats for a well resolved and prety inside home... Specially when is a diy project ... Approved Marie !!!!
Wow! What a inspiring Person she is! This Channel really changed me in Charakter. I always was so addicted to Luxury but it changed completely! Best and most positive Channel on the internet.
If you want good strong plants or a lush garden, focus on the soil! I've been into plants for little over three year now and it took me a while to learn that soil is the most important aspect of it all. Giving your plants indirect light is easy (even if you live in a basement you can buy grow light), water is easy as well when you keep track with a pH meter, humidity can be created with a humidifier, and pests can be managed, but soil is the most difficult aspect and also what has the bigger impact on your plants. Different plants needs a different mixture of soil and different fertiliser. Once you start to study this you will see a lot more success! Anyway, this is a really sweet home with some really cool ideas. Well done!
@@hoppas77 Nothing in particular. Kaylee Ellen got me interested in rare plants, but other then that it was just a lot of google searching and watching random videos. There's a ton of more information out there now, so it's difficult to really go wrong today. I will recommend you try to find information from people who live in the same country or climate zone as yourself, because weather conditions matters a lot in relation to what you can grow and how you should set up. This is especially true if you have an outside garden as you then have less control in relation to weather conditions, sun hours, and season changes. Don't think badly of yourself when you loss a plant or five, it's natural for plants to die or wither even if you feel like you've done everything right, that's just how nature is. But if you get plants that had a good natural sprouting period or come for a strong mother plant, your chance of success will go up a lot.
So amazing that the tiny house brought her so much and more than expected. Especially professionally. So many things around it. What a beautiful history that made her change her job and meet other beautiful souls. “ 100 bad days are 100 good stories” YES! Love her accent too.
I believe this is my favorite! This build changed her life! She's so young and she's living like a queen in what her hands built! I love it! I love her personality! It's just so wonderful!
What a lovely home Marie built for herself. What an awesome accomplishment! And so cool she built it with 2 other women. I'd love to see what those 2 have built for themselves in a future episode. If they wanted to of course. And in the beginning of this video Marie walking around her property and her adorable chickens following her, precious indeed. I wish Marie many, many years of happiness in her tiny home. 🧡
Soooo very proud of Marie..as a woman she accomplish to build a dream tiny house.I would absolutely love to live in a house like that..all the best for the future😊
You made a comment, Marie, that "anyone can do it, you just need the right people around you." I love your spirit! You are an amazing young girl! God bless you!
This is one of my favorite episodes. What a well thought out build that not only packs everything you want and need into one space, but it's got such personality to it. I would love for her to teach others how to build, I would sign up for that in a heartbeat!
She is so inspiring! Hard to believe she fit a giant bed, a desk, a comfy sized bathroom and even a washer into the home. It's so beautiful. The digester, biogas, solar install is super creative. Truly a very smart and talented person. Wow!
This is such a beautiful home with so many lovely and practical features. It's amazing what she fit in to the space. What a delight Marie and her tiny house is!
That floor is breath takingly beautiful! The only thing I see right off that I would change in every home build is round off every cupboard/worktable and table corners!
She is wise beyond her years. I really like her home and would have loved this house at her age! (being married with kids I couldn't live in this one now) I wouldn't make the couch into a bed. It is plenty big enough to just sleep on one side, but it's nice to have a bigger bed when you have company. Great job!!
My parents were born overseas and English was there 3rd and fourth language. My mum mispronunciation or mix up with sayings makes me have a bit of a giggle but I love it. I had a little smile when Marie said potato couch. With a huge couch like this I would have the same problem of being a couch potato. What an amazing women.
This is a really really special house, I love so much her design and thumbs up, that she did all by herself. She had the courage and just did, wow, she is a great idol!
Ok, I had my favorite tiny home examples for years, and thought about making mine with similar features...but I have to say...this one is close to either bit the other one or already in poll position! And Marie is an just an amazing personality! I am writing her down in my notes, for when I will finally get to my tiny house making, I will contact her. Thank you for inspiring her, and all of us with those amazing stories! Cheers from Poland-and once again-thank yo ufor all those great videos!
Amazing woman, amazing house! At the beginning I thought, "THAT is so tiny!" But the space is great. So impressed that she learned to do it herself, loved it, and wants to teach others.
Another fabulous Woman DIY build. Love the custom creativity and personal vision she brought to life in this home. And she birthed a new professional path ( inspired by your channel) as well. Bravo!
I love that she kept it small. You don't need all the extra space when you have all the land outside your door. Especially if you want to grow your own food. I really liked all the windows not being so standard. The one in the shower was especially cool. As always thanks for bringing us another design , and women getting involved with building.😊
Oh too be young and energetic again! In my glory days I wish there had been a tiny home evolution!! I would have loved every minute of it, like Marie. BRAVO MARIE!
Brilliant. Design style and space....some where today sleep...wash,cook, eat, what more to need ...every bit of space is functional and used . Love it ..
What a beautiful story and home! I wish that when I was younger and starting out that this was an option for me. When my children were very young we lived for a winter in a pop-up trailer (kind of a cross between a trailer and tent). We rented a place at a campground and it was a very good experience. Missed it a lot when having to move into an apt. Summer prices were unreal so we could not stay. ;( My husband was in the Navy and having the other "campers" around was fun as they had children too. Thank you for sharing this story with us.
Wasn't it cold? Those are summer things, as I saw them at RV show...I'm in a place that's winter or some variation of much of the year. Pre-winter. Winter. Post winter. 4th of July weekend at 98F and 12,000% humidity. And then back to pre-winter...
'love the many options she considered in the different areas of the house, both indoor & outdoor. As she said she made mistakes along the way but watching this video, for me, those mistakes turned her house into a well thought-out built. Nice design, lovely home.
So Beautiful! I Love the warmth on the inside right when you walk in. All the wood so natural , the options are great to have too! Thank you for sharing!
This house is stunning !! Thank you so much for sharing women builds. It has such a positive effect on my confidence and mogivation ♥️ Your videos are amazing on so many points, thank you so much
This house is incredibly charming! It's so, so tiny but contrary to other tiny houses this one feels so whole... I don't know, I felt my personality really matched this one!! Congratulations Marie and thank you for inspiring me with this glimpse into your life!
I freaking love her. the b roll footage of her around the tiny house showed sooo many cute, clever, creative hidden features that didn't get to be covered bc of just how many special details there were to highlight in there. i would die to be able to read or watch a guide from her of them all, bc she deff has a lot to share and teach. she said she made so many mistakes but I can't spot a single one. and if the place wasn't amazing enough already, she did it for an incomprehensibly low price. this woman is a force to be reckoned with. far from a "potato couch" 🥔🛋😅❤️😊

It does make a huge difference to be part of a creative women community
Wow! For that size and she has everything functional with daily needs. I like the sofa around the table to turn it into a bed. That's a clever design! The bathroom is stunning! I love the stained glass window and the plant up there.
Yes, that bathroom 🎉
Sofa / bed 👍
Marie is a remarkable woman, strong, determined and has built her home, very hospitable, cozy that reflects her beautiful energy and sweetness.
She did a great job! Cute little tiny house!
She expands so many options and fits them into her tiny house. It's amazing to witness that. 😊🥰
I hope you keep doing this Bryce!! You've changed so many people's lives!!
@@mollylundquist9145 So much, I could not!!
Hello Bonnie, hope you don't mind us being friends okay 🌹
I've heard of always having a plan B, but this girl is amazing. So prepared for anything. Wins the award for efficiency. 👍👍
I love how this is like an apartment version of a tiny house. I def agree with her that an extra meter would of helped make things easier by a lot. My dream tiny house is a storage box that is 20 feet long. Well done ladies!
I Love Calvin & Hobbes!!!! Her home is amazing!!!! Very well done young lady!!!!
Hey Leslie 👋👋
Marie has done a beautiful job on her tiny home, she is very inspiring. Thanks for sharing another great video 🥰
Hello Kathleen, hope you don't mind us being friends okay 🌹
i really like this woman and all of her options in her tiny house
The ingenuity of tiny housers never ceases to amaze me! Great video. Very inspiring!
Thankyou.
Great work again Rasa and Bryce on this video!
Very cool tiny house.
Wow - a perfect video. The story of the three women supporting each other in developing wood-working skills is particularly great. And the home itself has gorgeous proportions and design and is so welcoming.
Absolutely fantastic space! So homely, cozy and very well designed for such a tiny space. Well done girl 🙌
Bryce must be proud to see this product of his channel years back.. this must be one of those satisfying to watch tiny house vids
This is already one of my favorite episodes. 🤩 Marie is truly inspiring; love the house and the whole self-sufficient system. Amazing job!
Thank you so much Maya
I really appreciate Marie's green and self-sufficient way of living.
Well done!
what are some gardening channels you followed to learn all this about soil?
Thank you so much for this advice
@@La.Fabrick You're welcome, Marie. Good luck!
@@hoppas77 check out Charles Dowding's UA-cam channel; it's fantastic. :)
I cried at the end of the video but I don't know why. Your video shows a very beautiful life.
So amazing that the tiny house brought her so much and more than expected. Especially professionally. So many things around it. What a beautiful history that made her change her job and meet other beautiful souls. “ 100 bad days are 100 good stories” YES! Love her accent too.
Wonderful tiny house!! 💖 I love the way Bryce enjoyed the squeaky floor!!!
Now THIS is a tiny house. I'll go get the coffee on :) Thanks Rasa, thanks Bryce.
Thank you so much
Soooo very proud of Marie..as a woman she accomplish to build a dream tiny house.I would absolutely love to live in a house like that..all the best for the future😊
Hi Anita how are you doing and I really hope you don’t kind me texting you?

This is incredible! Love how creative Marie has been with the design. Very inspiring!
Thank you Megan, Hopefully it will happen in the future! teaching other women to build is the most gratifying thing ever
Every morning I watch one video of this channel, it fills me with joy and inspiration.
Marie has built such a beautiful home, I love it !
This home is beautiful and that she was able to make it so self sufficient while keeping the costs down is amazing!
Love how she says she doesn’t want to be a “potato couch”….adorable.
In love with Marie..❤️😍
Now this tiny blows my mind. This young lady has met all my dreams in a single tiny. Fantastic!
I won't be building a tiny house but I get so many cool ideas from your videos. Thanks Bryce.
She's so impressive. Very very sustainable. Love the green wall🍀☘🌿
Hi Louise how are you doing today??
Ok, I had my favorite tiny home examples for years, and thought about making mine with similar features...but I have to say...this one is close to either bit the other one or already in poll position! And Marie is an just an amazing personality! I am writing her down in my notes, for when I will finally get to my tiny house making, I will contact her. Thank you for inspiring her, and all of us with those amazing stories! Cheers from Poland-and once again-thank yo ufor all those great videos!
Wow she is impressive and inspiring! Very smartly built and offers great versatility! Self efficient! She’s brilliant!
Hi beverly
How are you doing today?
Amazing woman, amazing house! At the beginning I thought, "THAT is so tiny!" But the space is great. So impressed that she learned to do it herself, loved it, and wants to teach others.
Hi there how are you?
The shed with everything extra store outside is what makes life easier.
Another fabulous Woman DIY build. Love the custom creativity and personal vision she brought to life in this home. And she birthed a new professional path ( inspired by your channel) as well. Bravo!
Just the right size for one person, I love her really tiny house and the lifestyle she has
Hey Samantha how are you doing ?
I love that she kept it small. You don't need all the extra space when you have all the land outside your door.
Especially if you want to grow your own food. I really liked all the windows not being so standard. The one in the shower was especially cool. As always thanks for bringing us another design , and women getting involved with building.😊
Oh too be young and energetic again! In my glory days I wish there had been a tiny home evolution!! I would have loved every minute of it, like Marie. BRAVO MARIE!
Love, love, love this home! Everything about it is so beautiful and creative! Good job!
Brilliant. Design style and space....some where today sleep...wash,cook, eat, what more to need ...every bit of space is functional and used . Love it ..
Hello 🤗
@@jameshenry2512 hello ...
Hello Nancy, hope you don't mind us being friends okay 🌹
She did a fabulous job on her home. Perfect for living big in a tiny house, it doesn't seem small at all. Love it
'love the many options she considered in the different areas of the house, both indoor & outdoor.

What a unique, beautiful, lively home! Love the options =) If she ever launches a course or something on building tiny houses I'm signing up!
Thank you so much!

Thank you for inspiring everyone, especially young women, that they can build their own house! It gives me the hope that I can fulfill that dream too... and pick up new skills on the way, as you said! I love how you don't let mistakes discourage you bit instead turn them into positive outcomes!

Hey anna👋
I love this. It actually looks comfortable. I love comfort. There is nothing wrong with being a potato couch every now and then (@ 13.24) haha. I think choosing not to have a bathtub is always a great option, since you can have one outside. The extra space you gain is so valuable in a tiny home.
Outside? Not a snow state where you live. Huh? :)
