Just a tip, if you want the map to look like it isn't all luxembourg, select a state and use the command 'setowner d20' and it'll go to a blank nation. From there you can do the command 'tag_color d20 0 0 0' to set the RGB colour of the country to black.

You can also use the keybind CTRL+F9 to hide the GUI for easier recording.

I think this is beacause AI France knows it can't win a battle and doesn't take attrition into account, so it just stands there, right?
You can see france at alp attacking eachothers sometimes. Eventually France would win because of the bigger population.
