This has finally become the real thing, not just a sandstorm in tea cup any longer. On a risk adjusted basis, the most attractive Royalty play in the sector. Growth plus multiple rerating, the ideal combination.

@@userjoe4321 can't quite remember but i am repelled by the over-promotion of the shares. These guys are in a hurry, did some expensive acquisitions and think their past pedigree is sufficient attraction enough. Same thought about Metalla.
Thank you. However, if Horizon Copper makes a big investment, than Sandstorm is forced to participate..... So Sandstorm can not sit back on deal making, because than Horizon Copper would have to sit back too. It was also not clarified how conflicts of interest are being dealt with between Horizon Copper and Sandstorm management, such as who gets the best deal out of a new project financing agreement.

my understanding is they have first "option"/"right of first refusal" to participate...or not.
Why can't the stock price get off the floor year after year if this is such a great company?
