Great job guys
I keep waiting for that dividend to begin. The only reason I have my investment at SAND capped at 1,000 shares. Some of us are 'investors', ..not day traders. It would be nice to move SAND into my dividend portfolio for a change. Make it happen Nolan.

Question may sound stupid, but how does one value Sandstorm or similar Mining Royalty streaming companies? How did the Company decide that the current share price is too low and a share buy back is a good idea?

What other commodities do you also invest in or strictly gold
This can be found on their website. In general, gold makes up the great majority of their asset stream with some silver, & a small portion of copper. No other commodities.
How is this a royalty without a dividend?
They are a fairly young company, but Nolan has mentioned that Sandstorm will most likely start to pay a dividend in the next year or two. That, and the fact that they are buying back shares make SAND an enticing near term investment........oh, and they have some pretty lucrative streams and royalties coming "online" in the coming years also. Full disclosure......SAND is my second largest holding.
@H- SAND is a company that collects royalties & streams. It is not a royalty itself. It may pay a dividend in the future, but that would change nothing about its business model.

@@AK88. Currently, SAND is my largest holding........but at the time I made that post I think AG (i.e. First Majestic Silver) was my largest holding. My TOP 5 holdings now are: SAND, AG, FNV, PSLV and NEM.
