This is why, especially with a band like System of a Down, I never buy into the idea that some lyrics are just meaningless absurdity, and aren’t meant to or worth being considered. Fortunately, you deliver some of the most eloquent and accurate lyrical deciphering I’ve seen from a reaction channel. If you can figure this one out, you could probably tackle their whole catalogue.
Great job with the analysis here, just one thing to also add which may add to the overall takeaway from the song is the band used to use this as a person warm-up for practices. Explains the song vibe; heavy & hard to groovy riffs, high and low pitched vocals, etc.

My understanding of the song is it's about the unrealistic expectations that come from pornography. Banana terracotta pie you got in 1. As do most-if-not-all all of their other songs - and some have multiple meanings. They may take some musical influence from Mr. Bungle, but lyrically they pretty much always have something to say, even when it's somewhat cryptic, or on the rare occasions when it's 'hidden' behind silliness.
Serj has said that this song was inspired by Dadaism. Which is an art style developed after WW1, that was focused on rejecting logic, reason, and aestheticism of modern capitalist society, instead embracing nonsense, irrationality, and anti-bourgeois protest. Which explains why it sounds like nonsense

This song is talking about how small the "Vicinity of Obscenity" is. Men are programmed to have certain views on women. No matter where you look, obscenity is "in your eye." It's unavoidable and in your face, just like the guitar and vocal styles when they scream, "Banana banana terra cotta..."
