I love this design. I think it's perfect for what it is...a cute, comfy, cozy kiving space for one minimalist person. I would remove those shelves in the living room for more space. I actually love that there's a tub cuz I prefer to soak and you still get a shower. I would add more windows for even more natural lightning and maybe make the whole square bigger so that's there's more space overall. This is a beautiful design tho! Great job!

You will need to find a very small town that will allow this to be built on a large lot. Most towns >20K won*t zone this type of house.
I wish construction companies would move away from the sliding barn doors for bathroom spaces. Barn doors were never practical for spaces that require privacy. They don't sit inside the door frame, so light, sounds, and smells (ew) can still escape from the bathroom. I get that they're trying to keep from having regular doors that swing open and closed and take up too much space in the limited area that a tiny house affords, but this issue was solved a couple of hundred years ago by the old-school pocket door. It retracts into the wall so it's out of the way when not in use, but it actually seals off the room and gives better privacy than a sliding barn door. Not to mention, a pocket door doesn't add a dose of farmhouse flair to your decor if that's not your style.
Pocket doors are better and you still have wall real estate. I hate slider barn doors

I agree. Even if they use a traditional door, most people close the bathroom door anyway. At least almost, some leave it open a crack. Though funny story about smell. My entire family did a large get together for thanksgiving a few years ago. We were in air bnb cabin in the mountains. I shared a bedroom with my sister and it also had a bathroom. My sister was using it, both the bathroom and bedroom door were shut. The den space outside the bedroom also had a shut door to the entry way and main living and kitchen area where everyone was hanging out. The smell traveled through the 3 shut doors. It was freezing outside with snow on the ground but I finally opened the bedroom window at least. That being said, even with traditional doors shut, smells can still travel.
They should use pocket doors for the bathroom, plus this house has no back door which I would want as well as a stackable capability for a stackable washer and dryer.

Как открыть левую дверь шкафа в спальне, если он заблокирован тумбой, висящей на стене у кровати?
И я бы поменяла местами унитаз и раковину с зеркалом -
в открытую дверь ванной унитаз сразу бросается в глаза,
и ещё он немного блокирует вход ..
В кухне немножко рябит от смешивания многих разных цветов.
Я бы обе вертикальные перегородки сделала одного цвета (либо белый, либо под дерево), столешницу тоже под дерево, а все шкафчики - белые ))
Входные двери очень хрупкие и никак не закрываются 😮
Больше похоже на межкомнатные )
Но в целом всё мило и уютно, для летней дачи 😊

Nice little 1 bedroom, great for a single or elderly couple who need little to clean. Like all but the kitchen which is too small and too little prep and cabinet space.

Add a real fireplace real bookcases, a stacked washer and dryer. Fix the kitchen, and bring the house up to code. Will be digging a basement for it in Wisconsin!

There's space just inside the entry to make a place to hang coats. The house lacks the second egress required by most building codes, and the kitchen lacks counter and storage space. A modest addition to the kitchen could solve those problems as well as allowing more space for dining.
Lose the tub and put in a walk-in shower, then move the washer & dryer to the bathroom. That will free up space for a pantry.

Something I've noticed about most of these small house designs, no matter the architect, is they don't seem to understand the concept of a back yard. Porches and decks are always at the front, which no one would use.
There's a fireplace but no chimney? In the bedroom, the closet doesn't open (there is a nightstand blocking it)?
Lovely little house but they forgot one very important detail! You need to have 2 doors for it to pass the building code-you need it for emergencies. You must have 2 entry/exits

Barn style door or pocket door?
Change out the TV shelf and the fireplace. You could put the TV over the fireplace if you must have one. Otherwise it's a good home.
A TV over a fireplace can put it at an uncomfortable viewing angle, and the heat from the fireplace may damage it. This plan solves that problem.

É totalmente fria e sem aconchego... Sem graça...
Desde às cores, à escolha dos móveis e da decoração, não combinam com o estilo da casa.
A mesa de jantar, sendo uma ilha ao mesmo tempo, poderia muito bem ser mais larga ter quatro cadeiras, para pelo menos acomodar quatro pessoas.
Na Sala de Estar, poderia ter um Sofá Cama para acomodar dois hóspedes.
E penso que os portões da rua, que dão acesso à entrada da casa, parecem de abertura de um palácio ou de uma mansão.
Não combinam com este estilo.
E por que dois pisos, se a parte de cima não é aproveitada?

This is tiny house, not big house
Front door opens directly into the very small living area, reducing the space even more and making it impossible to have a conversation area. Why not have a U-shaped kitchen? That would have increased storage and counter space. No barn doors, please, especially when the barn door leads into a bathroom (and OMG that bathroom sits right off the kitchen). Sounds and smells are not contained by a barn door. I'll help you out, sit the door (and there should be a back door as well) to the side of the house, let that side be the hall. Let the hall run the length of the house. Have all the rooms located off the hall, sitting to one side. This way your very limited space isn't cut off by doors/walkways. That way you can have a U-shaped living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and still have a hallway for closets and front/back doors.

I was thinking that too, but thought small shelving rigĥt inside the door could at the very least, easily be turned into a closet for shoes, coats, hats, etc. 2nd egress is biggest issue and what looks like a second floor with windows that is a lot of empty space.

Why not use REAL footage of the structure? This looks like computer generated footage.
If you aren't showing a real model then theres a reason. Im suspicious and therefore wont be recommending.
