I'm sorry, but I can't think of a single place on Earth where this house would work. Literally. Where on Earth is there no rain, no snow, no monsoon, no typhoon, no hurricane? Stuck inside cowering from the gale force winds and you can't even use the toilet?

First floor - eliminate the partition between the living area and the sitting room - just chops the room up awkwardly. Also, move the carport somewhere else - I don't want to look out my front door and look straight into my car right outside it. Second floor - way too much outdoors. Don't want to have to go outside to use the bathroom, especially in cold or rainy weather. The cat house is genuinely cute, but in the circumstances, I'd rather make that the bathroom.

A common house type in my country, especially the partition between the sitting room and the living room, very familiar layout.
It they could make the partition collapsible where it folds in half and then can be folded flat against the wall. I saw something like that in an apartment in New York. They used the 2nd sitting room as a guest sleeping area/home office. But if they ever wanted to entertain with a large party inside they just folded away the partition to make it one large room.

It has a first and second floor outhouses. WHY jam so much furniture into such a small space. You have swing open doors where you should have made more use of pocket doors.

Or high winds. I'm in my garden half the time anyway, so for me, I'm okay with it. My grandmother, on the other hand, is more delicate, so, yeah. It's a concern.
I think I get what you were trying for; however, it did NOT translate well to a blueprint. There are so many things wrong with this design...I don't even know where to start.

Like the concept but the issues I see are the small kitchen, the awkward area of the laundry room, and the outdoor bathroom upstairs. I don't believe many people would enjoy having to brave the elements to wash their hands and use the commode.

Maybe it's a regional thing that I just don't understand. But for me, having to go outside to access both bathrooms (not to mention going to and from the other bedroom) is a no-go. Seriously. What are you going to do if it's raining and lightning outside and you have to go to the bathroom real bad? The house looks beautiful. But functionally speaking, it doesn't work.

With two windowless sides, it's apparently designed as a row (terrace) house. The kitchen has almost no counter space. Neither bathroom has a sink. Access to the upstairs is apparently outdoors. It is, at best a very odd house!

Having access to an outside toilet is also more sanitary than simply relieving oneself onto the ground or onto a bush. When using an outdoor toilet the waste can be disposed of properly. Compared to building an entire bathroom, outside toilets are less expensive

Sorry, but no. First, this is not a tiny house at all. Second, two living rooms, really? No, just no! Third, that kitchen is a cook’s worst nightmare. I didn’t look at anything past that. It’s a shame. The house looks so nice on the outside.

Bonita presentación, pero yo haría muchos cambios. Primero, demasiada área social para tan poca cocina y comedor, además que los baños en la parte exterior es mala idea, sobre todo en climas extremos. Nunca había visto algo así.

Beautiful, but, not pratic: the kitchen is too small, and two salone? Too open space! When is rainy?
Very nice, but some serious flaws. The bathroom sinks aren't in the same room as the toilet! When people finish using the toilet their hands are germy, and need to be washed before they go around touching things, including the bathroom doors. Put the sink in the same room as the toilet. By the way, the shower can be separated from the sink and toilet. I've seen that done, and it doesn't actually need to be with the other two anyway.
The kitchen and dining areas are very cramped and there isn't enough work and cupboard space in the kitchen. Easy fix. Use the sitting room as the living room. Put the dining area in the former living room space. Use all of the current kitchen and dining area as kitchen space.
It's important to remember indoor traffic flow when making floor plans. Even able bodied adults would have trouble moving around the the current kitchen and dining area. Since most people don't absolutely need 2 living room types of space, it makes sense to convert the one by the kitchen into a dining room.
I do like the laundry area. Many home designers short change that space, making it harder to work on the laundry. The outside spaces are nice too, but because I hate bugs, I'd want at least one of them screened in. Having one of the bedrooms downstairs is really nice too. Some of us can't handle the stairs anymore, so this is a big help. Having a bathroom on each floor also helps. Anyway, it's a pretty looking design.

This space is too discombobulated!!! And the kitchen??? One small unit, no counter space, no oven, not much of anything for supposedly a family in a 3 bedroom house. Wasted space everywhere.

wow, quite an unusual home with some very odd elements. The interior is unexpected from the exterior design. Walking thru the front door into a sitting room with a table blocking the passage would become a serious hinderance, maybe dangerous for some. A bathroom sink with toiletries & laundry while bbq'ing & eating is not quite typical, nor is walking into a space partially unsheltered to use the stairs or washroom, especially in a torrential downpour & lightening to do laundry, brush your teeth or iron your clothes. Overall, I can't say I've ever seen a home like this

Bathroom tissue should be beside the commode instead of in back of you; harder to get that way. I wouldn't want windows that large; I wouldn't feel as safe with them that big. I wouldn't want two living rooms, such a waste of space. Otherwise very pretty.

I love the cat house idea, but theres one entrance, cats shouldn’t have to sacrifice playtime in a cat room for playtime with their people. I couldn’t put my cats in there and just leave them.
Why do the bedrooms have doors to the outside? And, whats the point of having two bathrooms and a laundry room outside? Water lines will freeze, and when they bust, it’s expensive

This house design and floor plan is terrible. It's too small for two sitting areas, parking deck is in the wrong area, kitchen is too small and far too much outside space. No way would I consider this plan to build.
