I think the timing is deliberately off, since the song's "break"/bridge is still on time. Besides the out of time adds an extra element of originality (besides it beating a utau cover.) I really dig it, especially since I listen to the normal song all the time. Lol.

Well UTAU doesn't convert into MP4 BUT it will convert into a wav. file instead. You do that by going into the project tab and clicking on "Render wav file" which will save your work as a sound file. Afterwards you can sync it up in Audacity or a music editor of some sort, etc. c:

It maybe because Ritsu's voicebank is written in hiragana (Japanese letters)
so it will only sing if you input those letters!
So usts that are written in romaji will not work! So you can just replace the romaji with the hiragana c:
