I'm not sure if some people realize, but just to clear things up...
Hakaine Maiko is supposed to made for heavier songs. She's not meant to sing, she's not supposed to sound beautiful and angelic. She was made for the screamo metal side of Utauloid. But some voices can sound amazing when paired with her. An example of this is the song Rebound.
Anyways, if you don't like her voice, that's fine. You may not be into metal. But do not say her voice is crappy, or anything bad. When her voicebank is used the way its supposed to be, it sounds better.

to clear up confusion, this is Not a compilation of every utauloid in existence. utau is not the same as vocaloid, anyone can install the program and make a voicebank at will. there's thousands of utauloid voicebanks out there, this is simply a niconico ranking medely. as in, a selection of utaus in order from least covers to most covers.

This comment makes me cringe and cry. How can you say these things about other people's works of art, completely shaming and denouncing other people's legacys and making comparisons to professional software. It hurts me knowing THIS, of all the comments, is the one people decided would be on top.
The intent of this was not to offend anyone at all. It was just a list of observations that I made while watching the video. Some of the things I listed aren't mean, like noting some of them have muffled voices. It is true. I really like some of the UTAUloids in this video. My comment wasn't meant to be cruel. I apologize.
Kakoi is super underrated, her voice is so soothing and soft, she also has a few breathing takes. Her cover of sky fish was on point and she has a unique design, poor baby ;-;
5ish years ago I was just finding out about all of these guys and immediately took a liking to Kakoi. It's so strange to come back and see someone feels the same.

Some of these Utauloids are pretty poorly designed. I get that it's the voices that matters, but the design is pretty important too considering they're supposed to be the characters that represents the voices. (My favorite designs are probably Komane Kuu, Nene Nene, and Macne Nana)
I can't argue with that. Designwise, my favourites go to Macne Nana, Fuuga Koto and Aino Hate. Vocally, my favourites are Mine Laru, Namine Ritsu and, of course, Kasane Teto. =)

It sounds perfect in every way, and really shows off what's possible with Teto's voicebank. I also think her voice is cuter than Miku's, but that's just my opinion =)
