When u order a coffee or anything, always smile and add the word ‘please’. The way I order the coffee is: Can I please have a short mocha with 2 sugars? Or (if u want to order more varieties) Can I please have 1 mocha, 1 cappuccino and 2 long black? Always remember to smile and end with thank you word.

It's an informative video but I think this is the reason why many people feel nervous while ordering bcz they can't order in English but can afford the coffee so I think you should be comfortable ordering doesn't matter u know about it or not..u order it in any language ...even if u know nothing staff will assistant u😊
People have become more image and style concious, those simple ppl who don't understand the terms like "grande, venti, etc, etc" they are considered backward, and being in starbucks is more style status statement now. Imagine how it feels for a simple person not knowing the terms of these coffees and feeling embarrassed, that cafeteria scene from "English Vinglish" by Sridevi is what most of us go through, do watch it ... Be real and lets keep it simple "Ek coffee please". Though I love the way you have explained the video for many. But I feel we should keep it simple and why pay hundreds for mere coffee?
Talk more about kind of food available in the restaurant, Spanish and Italian to be precise. I would suggest to make something related to culinary skills, table manners and the ways to behave in sophisticated setting.
