Wow...just wow. 1. Start at the top of the hill cutting the tubing, putting in your T's and drops as you go down hill. 2. Use double-headed nails in case you need to remove them (and you will at times) tightening the line as you go. 3. Get a "one-handed" or "two handed" tubing tool vs hot water to put your tubing together.
Hey howdy! A very common problem. When I'm working alone, I tie one end to the first tree, then walk backwards unspooling it as I go. It doesn't always work perfectly, but if I take my time it isn't too bad. There are spoolers on the market if you are doing lots of trees/get very frustrated!
@@vermontevaporatorcompany Mister, I did exactly that, only I was on a steep hill. While I was walking backwards to unspool the line, it must have been tangled up in the spool and it became a disaster all the way down the hill.
Most helpful video I’ve seen it makes so much more sense now thank you!
Hey thanks! Glad to hear it! We'll let the talent know and . . . make more videos! :)
Where can a person get the tensioning come along tool you use?

Tried this for the first time and my spool of tubing got tangled up. Do you have any tips to prevent this or fix this?
