    Ykw you coulda used Hampton in your thumbnail, more people would have actually clicked to watch it than thirst traps fr 😂😂😭❤️

      @Butterfly1025A 26 днів тому +1

      But his audience has already watched his video, so the larger viewcount wouldn’t mean more people learning. Meanwhile, someone clicking on a thirst trap doesn’t necessarily know Hampton, so they are more likely to come away knowing something they didn’t know before.

    I like doing a combination of both. I like doing pilates because it includes some awesome stability moves but also some moves that require movement.

  • @dancinglight8411
    @dancinglight8411 Місяць тому

    This just in: both styles of movement are probably equally important. The stabilizing movements are just a concept that more people still need to integrate.

  • @zakazan8561
    @zakazan8561 Місяць тому

    doing exercises like copenhagens and side plank clam shells will work the core as well as the hips, making these fantastic compound exercises that get more done. It also helps stabilize the hips and trains the legs to move independently of the spine.

    What if you need core strength for other sports? A lot of sports do require rotational core movements. Would bicycle crunches help to swim the front crawl better, for example?

    Hello! I really like your videos an i thought that this comment would be the best thing i can do for now...
    I wanted to tell you that i had an orthopedic problem 8 months ago (chondropathy) wich is an orthopedic problem with my knees (both knees)
    Now they are fine
    But i have another orthopedic problem called epicondylitis (i think) to my both elbows
    I am going to an orthopedic and a physiotherapist but...
    In less than 1 year i lost 10kg and now im 43-44kg
    Im 15 years old (female) and im trying to build muscle (only target things i can - like
    •Abs
    •Legs
    ... Yes... Not many)
    But im trying to gain muscle
    (Im afraid of getting fat) and im trying to eat more by doing more exercises
    (Calories in , calories out)
    I am eating over 1000-1700 calories per day (depends on the day)
    My arms are very weak and the only thing i can do for now is to cary and lift not very heavy things like things from supermarkets etc
    I wanted to send this message to you because i am very afraid and scared
    I wanted to send this to a professional (as your channel says) and try to search for help in the internet
    When i first found your channel i saw many interesting advices and videos , very helpful and good
    I don't know what to do... I wish you can give me an advice...
    (I'm searching im Google for foods nutritions sometimes and its really helpful for hitting 50g of protein
    >55 g of carbs
    And 30g of fiber per day
    (Really helpful)
    But should i go to a dietician???
    Idk im not sure if i trust them and im kind of afraid of gaining fat and never get the physique i want... What sould i do...? 😢)
    Also your videos are awsome! Thx u for making them and for your advices!!!
    (It would be really helpful if someone with experience and knowledge could answer my comment)
    I hope you have a nice day/night/weekend!!! ❤️

    Like any muscle you need to stretch + contract.
    I stretch my core by eating cheese burgers.
    I contract my core by eating extra spicy burritos and waiting for my doom in a few hours
