With Joe being incarcerated for the rest of his life and the world knowing the truth of the depths of his evil and depravity. (After he kills Kate ofcourse, cause we all know that he just can't help himself)

I want Joe to rot in jail for his rest of his life!!! After what he did to these poor innocent people and his idiotic mindset. Especially the fact where he jumped of the bridge was insanely stupid.
i do like that or him getting fucked in a cage, not literally, lights shut off, but really then dramatic music plays and he gets the feds to bring to another cage / we call that prison. but his mother is a powerful entity, think his brother will die lol jealousy, but cant kate get him, bonded out unless they declare no bond or he is bogus doesnt change and she lets him be stuck one last goodbye in prison but they have all the dead lovers in his mind morphing into them but its really just kate.... i think fuck it he deserves one last get away and on a small level and maybe just maybe thats when he runs into merrian and killed or just gets away, and then just we dont have any more seasons, its pointless if he does get away but in ten years bust it back to henry killing him, like dexter fans hated about dexter. the mother is a great idea and she can woo his ass into walking into a cell.... idk lets see. my 3 guesses ,. dies in a locked dark cage, he goes to jail forever lol, or gets away and is finally thinking its over, he did it again when mariane spelling on her name suck for me.. lol .. but anyway killing him kate is too powerful she will probably screw him over or will die somehow leaving him more fortune... no her means no keeping him good, and its an all out crazy ending. i think most people sniffing out joe will die except for one or two probably mariane and ellie and or the girl in prison nadia, oh and dr nicky, he walks free one loss in custody being joe, removes dr nicky. dr nicky gave up lol so i mean shit joe is very very slick look lets see what he does now. i expect he will have to do the dirty work. loose ends tied up but his mom. who knows i think that is a good obsession, kate finds out her and the son are held in the cage to see "what joe has had to feel and make people feel like in this world" , alone wondering..... and kate may think a talk to his mom is one thing. drugging her into a cage.... till its too late shes found, marriane slams him in shows the spare, and another spare, and drops in the sewer and walks out.... idk i have many ideas run away dramatically and excape one more time and dissappear, but please us before you do joe , lol . id love him to get away or his dead self from s4 saying hes not really back, hes dead already, would be a huge imaginative twist unlikely just an interview i read gave me the idea but hes dead in prison or caged before the end of this as much as i love joe getting away and staying off the grid hes kinda .... idk kill him its really over but i do want happy sad music as dr nicky gets out ... lol i expect he may have to do with it too in the very least if there is a trial ..... itd be nice to see a show close out or whatnot if there is an ending end it ...... itll be great. the mother was a huge thing i never thought of this video really pointetd out thanks
Dumb, but hilarious thought I had reading this. Imagine Joe getting caught and going through trial. He starts obsessing over a female judge. Then, after she sentences him, he says this line as he gets escorted away.
Yeah I really hope we get an ending that brings the series full circle and brings together Joe’s past victims, and the people affected by his crimes, from all the past seasons.
I have a feeling that it will end with Joe's son having to kill him before he hurts someone, which would restart the cycle that started when Joe killed his dad, causing him to become the love-obsessed and mentally ill person that he is.
I have a feeling that it will end with Joe's son having to kill him before he hurts someone, which would restart the cycle that started when Joe killed his dad, causing him to become the love-obsessed and mentally ill person that he is.
I hope we’ll see how Joes son is doing nobody really mentions baby Henry . Also I wonder what Elli is doing and also Paco , cause paco really liked Joe
I have a feeling that it will end with Joe's son having to kill him before he hurts someone, which would restart the cycle that started when Joe killed his dad, causing him to become the love-obsessed and mentally ill person that he is. They did a time skip in season 4, which would put Joe's son around the age of 6 I think. If they do a similar time skip in season 5 his son will be around the same age that he was when he killed his dad.
I think Joe has something left over every season, which could all lead to his downfall. Season 1 there was a jar of urine left in Peach’s house, and Paco and Dr. Nicky knew what he did. Season 2 Ellie went away knowing Joe killed Henderson. Season 3 Sherry and Cary survived the cage and knew Joe was a part of the murders. Season 4 Nadia saved Marienne and they both knew what Joe did. These could all come back to haunt Joe once he’s back to where it all begins.
Paco has already proven that he will remain quiet, and he admires Joe, so I don't think that's a loose end. Dr. Nicky has accepted his fate in prison, that he has done bad things and he deserves his punishment. So he won't do anything either. Other than that, I think you have everything right. Also, there might be more loose ends. Love's family must atleast suspect Joe about the whole suicide murder thing at the end of season 3. Theo also knows about Love and Joe and their crimes.
I think you're on to something, but I Googled it when watching season 1. Pee is very unreliable with DNA testing. 'Course, the show takes a lot of liberties with suspension of disbelief, so it's not an impossible route. But I'm going to wager Mr. Mooney will have died in the time Joe was away and left some kind of memoir confessional or something.
When he mentions purchasing an old bookstore at the end, I really wanted for this latest season to end the way it all began. Hearing the bell with a "hello, you."
I really dont want it lol.. No more people deserve to die for Joe's so called obsession. I feel they should just give a proper ending to his character in the final season.
I honestly hope they bring back the private detective from S1. He was on to Joe. If he and Dr. Nicky can combine their intellect and take Joe down, that would be so great for me
I can actually see Joe in the prison giving out books to other prisoners and he may even in a prison where it has a pretty decent library like in the shawshank redemption. I think that will be the final scene, him organizing books in the prison library.
I have a feeling that it will end with Joe's son having to kill him before he hurts someone, which would restart the cycle that started when Joe killed his dad, causing him to become the love-obsessed and mentally ill person that he is. Thé show always found a way to reinvent itself although it had a very limited pitch in s1 that’s why I love the show and am sure it will have a good ending
I like your ideas that the mother and brother will be a part of this. I hope Marienne's arc is over. An old love interest deserves to live and leave it at that. Candace tried to expose him and Marienne knows that he always wins.
I honestly think the best ending scene would be Joe in jail, looking at a female guard/lawyer/etc. and saying "hello, you" - because I feel like that is the whole point of his character arc, that even when forced to take accountability, he is still a monster at the end of the day and will continue to be that no matter what environment he is in.
Im glad im not the only one who actually it would be an amazing idea to bring joe's mother back to see her reaction on the monster that she created and will be pretty ironic if she was the one taking him down. Also i hope more will be shown on henry since love last words were : "Henry.. he will know what you are" which left me really curious to what henry will think of his real father
@@jasonbloxor1773 there prob wont be that much of a big timeskip i do wonder how big the timeskip will be in like s5. Gotta wait. Gosh s5 was just annouced and im already waiting for a trailer
@@amiliohana5097 That assuming his mom is still alive. We probably will need some more flashbacks to flesh out what happened between Joe and his mom cause last where we left off with them it all still felt unresolved.
@Trish Dante Both her and mooney made joe the way he is. His mom encoureged joe to kill his dad cuz he was a very bad person but when he did what she told him she was acting suprised and all and she did prob love joe but felt like she was tossing him aside all the time. Mooney taught him that its ok to freaking lock people in cages and tortute them to the point they even commit suicide or that its ok to kill women once they dont fit his idea of a perfect woman
@Trish Dante I don't know the way I perceived it is that his mommy issues is at the heart of his problems. He feels this constant need to interfere in the lives of damsels in distress. He crosses any boundaries for them and it turns him into a monster. His mom + the therapist from his childhood are a big part of that dynamic. He shot his dad and saved his mom. He did nothing about the abusive boyfriend of his therapist and she ended up dead. That sent a message to him that only he could save these vulnerable women.
I'd like to see Paco return and somehow play into it because he's basically the only one who knows that Joe killed Beck. Maybe Joe goes on trial and older Paco shows up and is the final nail in the coffin for Joe and he goes to prison and accepts his fate.

@Devil I feel like Henry may be able to escape that dark circle. He had one thing Joe didn't and that was a loving support system. Joe brought Henry to a couple that would love him and hopefully raise him well.
I am going to get so emotional while watching season 5 because I first watched YOU back when it was first released in Lifetime in 2018 and now I feel like a family member who grew up with Joe Goldberg and now here we are to the end .... Damn ......
Great video! It would be interesting if the last episode of the final season is named "Me" or something along the lines of that since it could be a juxtaposition of the title of the show
Season 5 being his trial and sentencing would be amazing. Dr Nicky, Marianne, Nadia, Ellie, maybe even Paco (as a character witness because he might still be loyal to joe!) would be amazing but I’d need a two seasons one full of investigation and the other of the public trial and sentencing… or at least a two part season
definitely need more than one more season 😢 I wanna see Joe and Kate and their lives THEN see him go down. or 20 episodes in this last season I'm not ready for it to end

I'm a little worried for this season, because Sera Gamble will not be the showrunner for this season. I'm sure the writers, she's handing it over to will do a great job, but this show was essentially her and Greg Berlanti's baby. I hope she still had some involvement, in regards to the final ending. I hope I'm just overthinking and everything turns out fine. Just been burned by final seasons of Shows I loved way too many times!
Yes Penn actually said in his podcast that most likely there will be no new love interest. Also, season 4 was most likely a build up for season 5. With so many things still open, I hope they close it well.
i think it would be super cool if during the court scene all of his victims dead and alive were in the stands. obviously he would be hallucinating the dead ones like in the dream sequence but for the living people who are actually there giving testimonies (his mom, ellie, etc) it would be touching for them to be sitting next to their lost loved ones. like imagine if we saw ellie in the stands and delilah right next to her :(
I wonder how much of these flashbacks of his Mom abandoning and raising his brother instead are reality after how many straight up delusions he’s had. It would be interesting to see Joe try and pin all his problems on his mother and we discover no woman made him the way he was. He was just always a psychopath.
I think the most poetic ending would be not a prison cell, but his own glass cage. Either real or metaphorical. There are different ways that could happen, but maybe let him get away with everything as he always has--except he can't escape himself. Even have him completely "cured" but then have to live with everything he's done.
@Kenneth locke I also thought the same.. This might give a perfect closure to his life story.. Neither killing him nor putting him in jail.. I don't know why people want him to get killed or get caught.. It would be such a typical and predictable ending..
I feel like Joe's story will end with his past catching up with him in some way, shape or form. He'll either be arrested or killed. We know it won't be by his own hand as he already tried ending his life in Season 4 but what I do believe is that his mother will play a pivotal role in rounding his story off.
I'm just incredibly excited for the final season, it's been one of the only shows I've been following consistently. I'm sad to see it end but the setting of New York and Joe's exposed identity to the whole world is setting up an amazing final season. I hope it doesn't have the same route as Season 4 were they suddenly switch up locations. And judging by the popularity of the show, I have little doubt that the show will be cancelled like has been the trend for other Netflix shows. The whole mother and brother theory is one I hope they play out. His mother's involvement is a no-brainer, her son who she abandoned is suddenly a successful philanthropist and the escaped 'victim' of his murderous wife it's impossible not to notice. And his half-brother may cause jealousy as he resents him for the life he wanted to life. Little side details, I wonder if Henry will ever come back, it's not necessary but I hope he at least gets a mention. Final note (sorry for the long comment it's like the only show I'm passionate about) more flashbacks with Joe's ex's would be cool. Seeing as Joe thinks Marianne is dead, would she appear as a hallucination like Candace did (who also wasn't dead at the time he thought she was). An interesting hypothetical scene would be just Joe mid breakdown while all of his ex/ex lovers (Candace, Beck, Love, Marianne, etc) all just surround him and taunt him
Honestly could've sworn I saw that Season 4 would be the final season, especially since they did 2 parts. The ending seemed like a realistic approach with Joe ultimately being fine with killing like a real life psycho. Thought Marienne would move on too since she got free from him.
Your theory about his mother & brother returning is brilliant!! I would absolutely LOVE that & what a dynamite ending that would be! Talk about tying up lose ends! Another season of murders & same ole would not be very satisfying, that’s for sure. Cannot wait to see!!
I really like this theory. I see all of people from the past coming after him in the next season because of his spotlight that he has with Kate. I can imagine a big chunk of the last season being Joe on Trial. I know the Quinn Family will probably do something about it and they look deep and call back A LOT of witnesses ( Ellie, Nadia, Will, Doctor Nicky, one of Becks friends, or maybe Joes employee from season 1). I can imagine being this whole media cluster-fuck. Coincidentally, in his time of need I think it would be an excellent idea for him to get in-touch with his family. I like this ending it would be a good full-circle moment from Joe. This is how I see it going down. Because Joe has Kate and Kate is now loaded I imagine Joe putting together his own little dream team. I can somehow see Joe being represented by his next love interest, I think Joe pursues his lawyer love interest. I don’t know why but I think Joe’s ego is going to implode seeing someone defend his actions so ferociously. Joe himself was just in a really bad place and I do think he knows he’s a bad person. I think his lawyer will unintentionally mend his broken ego and Joe will see the lawyer as someone who he thinks really sees him for who he "is”. I think Joe will pursue his love interest and get harshly rejected and they will then turn and tell Kate what Joe tried to do. Kate will then cut Joe off completely and dump his ass. I think Joe will eventually turn to his mother in his time of need and look for the last bit of closure he can possibly get his hands on. I think we will then learn that Joe has always had a dark side and the his dark side scared his mother so much she left him. I believe this because Joe has been proven to be an unreliable narrator at times and we saw that highlighted last season. I think the truth will brake Joe and he will kill his mother in the most brutal way we have ever seen him do. I also think that there will be some sort of investigators doing surveillance on him at that exact moment and they will catch him red handed. There’s soooo many ways they could end it tho I really am excited to see what happens next.
@D. ONS I hope they don't bring Paco back because he is basically an accessory to two murders. He saw Beck begging for help and turned his back on her. He didn't call the police and said nothing, also the abusive boyfriend that Joe killed. (Maybe that one would be defence of a third party but Joe sent Paco to buy items to dispose of the body, Paco is complicit.) Let Paco live in peace.
it would be poetic if "you" was his mother all alone. and when in jail, reflecting to how he imprisoned some many in his glass prison, and realizing that in the end, the "you" was his self-serving self.
They’re still writing this series so I wouldn’t be surprised if they take a BIG note from this video 😂👍🏾 love this theory. I think his mum should definitely be his ultimate karma. It’ll be so sweet.
Was looking for this comment. Like everybody is forgetting that guy had an assassin who literally gave him a warning to “stay dead” or he’ll have to hunt him down. And this guy comes back to Ny doing tv interviews with his real name 💀
I trust that they will make an ending better than anything i could imagine. Just hope it isn't something lame like Ellie or Mariene killing him cuz that would be the lamest revenge ever.
Ellie knows that Joe had something to do w Delilah going missing to some extent, and Marienne knows everything about what he's done so I feel like they would want to see him suffer in prison
With his love for books I’ve always imagined this show ending with him in prison writing a book about what he’s done and his thoughts were actually him narrating the book
I think it should go down with joe knowing he is gonna go to jail, with everyone coming back for justice, but i think it would be cool if joe forms a relationship with his brother, and some how joes brother ends up killing someone on accident, and joe turns himself in for the murder the brother committed, basically saving his brother from going to jail just so in the end we see there was atleast some good in joe. And joe trying to make his brother not turn out like him
That would feel like the start of a new cycle. It is what happened to Joe. Him accidentally killing his father and the mother taking the blame. Could create a new monster Maybe its in the genes
@@EstellarLu maybe joes own mom will try to kill him, and the brother will try to protect joe accidentally killing their own mom, and joe will take the blame 👀👀
I love this theory because in the books he does go to jail. Of course this doesn’t change him, because he gets out and meets Marianne and still continues with his Joe-ness but this theory would connect with the books well!
Interesting thoughts! Joes mother & brother don't know the full extent of what he's done. Maybe it could be a Nadia situation where they get suspicious as they learn. I think Joes story should end with him in prison but I don't think it'll be for all 18 murders. I could see him with a happy ending especially since rich/powerful people always get away with the worst crimes. I want to see Ellie return & for her to be the one that tries to put him in prison. I can't wait for season 5, this show has had a great run!

They did a time skip in season 4, which would put Joe's son around the age of 6 I think. Serial Killers need to get caught for an effective ending. Dexter failed in its finale as they refused to punish the character, with New blood not being much of a step up.
I could definitely see that too and how she'll scream yeah he raped me with no evidence If you look back at actually you that's what she did but you know she just said help he's trying to have sex with me to rewatch that that season again
There’s so many people that should come back. Karen Minty, Paco, Peach’s family and the PI, The officer fincher cop, Love’s mom and dad, Ellie, Sherry and Cary, Joe’s mom and his new brother, Henry, Dante, Love Quinn’s friends even!!! Ethan!! Everybody who knew Joe or crossed his path, it would be crazy to see it all come together that way. It could just be a montage thing where the detective goes through everyone who knew him, and they recount all they’ve seen him do, every suspicious thing they noticed. It would be awesome
When Love told him that someone did need to die for it all to end for good, I think the perfect ending would be a total psychotic break, with all the people from the past tormenting him until he ends his own life. The thing about him getting prison time is he doesn’t deserve the attention he would get because he’s a nice looking guy or the ego boost that would come from all of that.
Episode 1 could be his son read his letter and trying to find out more about him and the last episode is his son kill Kate for joe. I don’t want him to die yet man this series is too good.
I have a feeling that it will end with Joe's son having to kill him before he hurts someone, which would restart the cycle that started when Joe killed his dad, causing him to become the love-obsessed and mentally ill person that he is. As satisfying as Joe coming to justice would be, I think he is an embodiment of Western male privilege and toxic masculinity (despite him thinking he's a "nice guy" who's above all that), and there's a really great opportunity to play into that larger social issue with the ending. I think it would be BRUTALLY unsatisfying, but heavy and thought-provoking, to have all these characters come together, PROVE to the world that he's absolutely guilty, but then STILL have him still somehow come away unscathed or with a really relaxed sentence. This happens in the real world all the time, so many horrible men have been rapists or murderers or abusers and gotten way less of a punishment than they deserved. The closing shot could be of another man around Joe's age meeting a woman of around Beck's age in a similar way, with a very similar setup/vibe as when Joe and Beck first met... except without any narration, just the underlying question of whether this is a genuine romantic "meet-cute" or this man is just another Joe-how many Joes have we passed on the street or introduced ourselves to without knowing it?
Joe has been shown reading Crime & Punishment several times throughout the show and I don’t think that’s a coincidence. At the end of Crime & Punishment, Rodion goes to prison for murder but he feels free for the first time. As he no longer has to live with the guilt, fear, shame and sadness he felt since he first killed. Joe will likely have a similar ending, he will be punished but his atonement is the only thing that will set him free.
i honestly don’t want to see his character be gone for good 😭😭 they should make a show called “Before YOU” where it focuses on his childhood & growing up while he narrates. i do want too see him face prison time though Penn would act out that scene PERFECTLY
I really hope Season 5 pivots Joe to the antagonist role. Like, no more of his inner monologue, I want to have no idea what he's thinking. Put other characters, possibly Marianne, Nadia, Ellie, whoever returns in the protagonist role with inner thoughts
This tracks. If they don't use his mother and brother I have no idea what all the foreshadowing was for. I also could see some amazing scenes with Penn acting against Gianni Ciardiello (younger Joe) being really powerful.
An ending where it's a little further future like 10 years of "normal" life (some murders there and there that are shown in a sort of summary at the beginning of ep 1 of season 5 like Joe is just thinking through his mind), his son finds him and does.. something. Idk what, but involving his son in his punishment or anything else could be a cool thing
I think Sherry and Cary will do a bit more too, after all, they def know what really happened with Love and Joe. Theres also Theo and his dad too, and they both know whats really going on. I wonder if they show will do another time skip and Joe will have to face his son. Maybe his son will kill him and restart the whole cycle again.
What if Joe was placed in the box he created by his mom or even Marianne ? With no way out. Or maybe him burning alive in the box? It would lead to full circle for Marianne and love. It would also be a nod to Jenna Ortegas character telling joe to “burn in hell”. Nadia would then be released from prison as well. They could a final internal montage of what joe is thinking in his final moments of all the people he loved and killed.
I imagine there being a scene where joe will get caught and get convicted and then they will do a 1 year later thing and one of the guards says that he has a visitor and it ends up being his mom
When the show ends i dont wanna hear Joe's epilogue, i wanna hear Nadia's or Ellie's or Marianne's epilogue and joe last moment should be him shuting tf up and just looking miserable because he deserves misery.
I don't love the idea of his mother being the face of justice, since she was - to put it bluntly - a piece of shit. But I do like the idea of her coming back and playing a key role in his downfall, and I absolutely LOVE the idea of other characters from previous seasons also coming back and scheming to take him down together (especially Nadia, Theo/Matthew, Ellie, and Marienne). The main theme in season 5 should be karma.
I would love to see a trial with each character from Joe’ past take the stand eventually bringing the truth of everything he’s done to light, all the evidence he’s left behind: the piss in Peach’s room, the evidence he planted at Dr. Nicky’s, Forty’s visit with Dr. Nicky, Ray Quinn, the private detective from season 1, Ellie, etc. It would be so powerful to see an older Paco realize what Joe had done to Beck that day and take the stand against him. I think it would be perfect symbolic of breaking the cycle of an abused person becoming the abuser as Paco realizes that Joe was never who he thought he was, but a monster.
I would like for joes past to come up I would like to see him getting away but in the most brutal way… him getting arrested would also be cool but to obvious as long as it’s powerful.
It could be beautiful irony of his life - him being closed in some type of isolated cell, maybe even out of glass, making him wait rest of his life for execution in GLASS CELL, same mr Mooney did closed him in. Same he locked his victims in. 🤷🏻♀️ I would find it DARN symbolic. 🤷🏻♀️
I want Love Quinn to return back like they got Candice in season 2. She is the only one who can match his madness and end his acts. I know it sounds stupid but Love is the only one who can be the end of Joe Goldberg
To add on to this theory, I believe that since Joe is fully accepting who he is, it's natural he will become obsessed with someone else, and will try to juggle his two relationships like how he tried to in Season 3. Except Joe knows that Kate can ruin his life and truly expose him for who he is. So, I think he'll cheat on Kate with one of her friends and kill that friend when he realizes they will confess to Kate about the affair. Then, along with some other dramatic plot twists and shenanigans, that's when Joe will end up in court and have a full-on psychotic break. And it'll be so satisfying to see...
Personally I think it would be best if he is caught. But rather than go to jail he is committed to a care facility. That way he sort of gets a happy ending. While everyone else also get justice. His Ark in season 4 would definitely support that the show is going in that direction.
Even though that sounds like a goofd full-circle ending, I don't like the idea of his mother getting no consequences for abandoning him and being absolutely negligent while they were together. She has had a hand in how he grew up to be and while I don't think she should die, I also don't think she should be the central figure of the resolution. I believe that the women who survived Joe (Ellie, Nadia, etc) should somehow come together to exact revenge but not in the same violent manner he acts. I also like the idea of his mother and brother coming back. Lastly, even though he saw Love in his hallucinations, I have a theory that it was only because he thought she was dead and in reality she isn't and might also come back for revenge. Either way, I hope they do the ending justice.
i wish we see people from joes past like taling sides, the quins, ellie mariane etc try to take down joe while people like paco will and kate are manipulated or straight up are allies to joe. like chess each side try to maneuver their pieces to take eachother down

I want Joe to rot in jail for his rest of his life!!! After what he did to these poor innocent people and his idiotic mindset. Especially the fact where he jumped of the bridge was insanely stupid.

That would be good!
i do like that or him getting fucked in a cage, not literally, lights shut off, but really then dramatic music plays and he gets the feds to bring to another cage / we call that prison. but his mother is a powerful entity, think his brother will die lol jealousy, but cant kate get him, bonded out unless they declare no bond or he is bogus doesnt change and she lets him be stuck one last goodbye in prison but they have all the dead lovers in his mind morphing into them but its really just kate.... i think fuck it he deserves one last get away and on a small level and maybe just maybe thats when he runs into merrian and killed or just gets away, and then just we dont have any more seasons, its pointless if he does get away but in ten years bust it back to henry killing him, like dexter fans hated about dexter. the mother is a great idea and she can woo his ass into walking into a cell.... idk lets see. my 3 guesses ,. dies in a locked dark cage, he goes to jail forever lol, or gets away and is finally thinking its over, he did it again when mariane spelling on her name suck for me.. lol .. but anyway killing him
kate is too powerful she will probably screw him over or will die somehow leaving him more fortune... no her means no keeping him good, and its an all out crazy ending. i think most people sniffing out joe will die except for one or two probably mariane and ellie and or the girl in prison nadia, oh and dr nicky, he walks free one loss in custody being joe, removes dr nicky. dr nicky gave up lol so i mean shit joe is very very slick look lets see what he does now. i expect he will have to do the dirty work. loose ends tied up but his mom. who knows i think that is a good obsession, kate finds out her and the son are held in the cage to see "what joe has had to feel and make people feel like in this world" , alone wondering..... and kate may think a talk to his mom is one thing. drugging her into a cage.... till its too late shes found, marriane slams him in shows the spare, and another spare, and drops in the sewer and walks out.... idk i have many ideas
run away dramatically and excape one more time and dissappear, but please us before you do joe , lol .
id love him to get away or his dead self from s4 saying hes not really back, hes dead already, would be a huge imaginative twist
unlikely just an interview i read gave me the idea but hes dead in prison or caged before the end of this as much as i love joe getting away and staying off the grid hes kinda .... idk kill him its really over but i do want happy sad music as dr nicky gets out ... lol i expect he may have to do with it too in the very least if there is a trial ..... itd be nice to see a show close out or whatnot if there is an ending end it ...... itll be great. the mother was a huge thing i never thought of this video really pointetd out
thanks

@@undeadarmy19 great theory! 🫱🏾🫲🏼🔥
@@undeadarmy19 I really hope that doesn't happen
I think Joe has something left over every season, which could all lead to his downfall. Season 1 there was a jar of urine left in Peach’s house, and Paco and Dr. Nicky knew what he did. Season 2 Ellie went away knowing Joe killed Henderson. Season 3 Sherry and Cary survived the cage and knew Joe was a part of the murders. Season 4 Nadia saved Marienne and they both knew what Joe did. These could all come back to haunt Joe once he’s back to where it all begins.
His resources now make him untouchable
Marienne doesn't wanna mess with Joe anymore I'm pretty sure lol

Yea or GOTs ending...lets hope its good!
Yes Penn actually said in his podcast that most likely there will be no new love interest. Also, season 4 was most likely a build up for season 5. With so many things still open, I hope they close it well.
i think it would be super cool if during the court scene all of his victims dead and alive were in the stands. obviously he would be hallucinating the dead ones like in the dream sequence but for the living people who are actually there giving testimonies (his mom, ellie, etc) it would be touching for them to be sitting next to their lost loved ones. like imagine if we saw ellie in the stands and delilah right next to her :(
That would be very interesting!
I wonder how much of these flashbacks of his Mom abandoning and raising his brother instead are reality after how many straight up delusions he’s had. It would be interesting to see Joe try and pin all his problems on his mother and we discover no woman made him the way he was. He was just always a psychopath.
Even though I want him to face justice, I still can't help but root for the guy.
The show does play on your moral standpoint with Joe!
why just why
An interesting hypothetical scene would be just Joe mid breakdown while all of his ex/ex lovers (Candace, Beck, Love, Marianne, etc) all just surround him and taunt him
I want to see Ethan and all the other characters that originally trusted Joe to come back and find out who he really is.
not possible. even Ethan also didn't know who joe really was if you watched S01.
I can’t believe how long I’m gonna have to wait until season 5 I’m already craving it
Same!
Break. Not brake.
there’s NO way Jenna Ortega’s character isn’t coming back, not only has she been hugely popular recently but her character is sorta in a limbo rn

They wanted her for season 4 already, but she was shooting Wednesday at the time. Let's hope it fits her schedule this time
@@CiaoDella no her character was sent to Florida
@D. ONS I hope they don't bring Paco back because he is basically an accessory to two murders. He saw Beck begging for help and turned his back on her. He didn't call the police and said nothing, also the abusive boyfriend that Joe killed. (Maybe that one would be defence of a third party but Joe sent Paco to buy items to dispose of the body, Paco is complicit.)
Let Paco live in peace.

Interesting thoughts! Joes mother & brother don't know the full extent of what he's done. Maybe it could be a Nadia situation where they get suspicious as they learn. I think Joes story should end with him in prison but I don't think it'll be for all 18 murders. When Love told him that someone did need to die for it all to end for good, I think the perfect ending would be a total psychotic break, with all the people from the past tormenting him until he ends his own life.
Yesss I completely agree with you how you explain how it would be so powerful for him to actually face criminal justice
I know it feels weird the idea of this character being gone for good!
I really hope Season 5 pivots Joe to the antagonist role. Like, no more of his inner monologue, I want to have no idea what he's thinking. Put other characters, possibly Marianne, Nadia, Ellie, whoever returns in the protagonist role with inner thoughts
Yeah I think that would be a good shout!
A trial showing all of his victims and collateral damage would be epic. He’s powerless and they get to stand up to him and speak the truth.
Maybe his son will kill him and restart the whole cycle again.
love this. perfect season 5. you're good.
Will bettemheim would never tell on joe😢they are buddies
What if Joe was placed in the box he created by his mom or even Marianne ? With no way out. Or maybe him burning alive in the box? It would lead to full circle for Marianne and love. It would also be a nod to Jenna Ortegas character telling joe to “burn in hell”. Nadia would then be released from prison as well. They could a final internal montage of what joe is thinking in his final moments of all the people he loved and killed.
@@undeadarmy19 that would be such a good ending too!
I imagine there being a scene where joe will get caught and get convicted and then they will do a 1 year later thing and one of the guards says that he has a visitor and it ends up being his mom
Your channel has quickly become my favorite! 💙
Wow, thank you!
What if Joe killed his brother out of Jealousy. I mean most people would be angry if thier mom gave them up and turned around and raised another kid.
Top 5 Characters deserve their own Spin-off series after season 5 of YOU
When the show ends i dont wanna hear Joe's epilogue, i wanna hear Nadia's or Ellie's or Marianne's epilogue and joe last moment should be him shuting tf up and just looking miserable because he deserves misery.
I would like for joes past to come up I would like to see him getting away but in the most brutal way… him getting arrested would also be cool but to obvious as long as it’s powerful.
i can just picture joe on trial doing that maniacal laugh after all the past witnesses are heard like when candace caught him in season 2
It could be beautiful irony of his life - him being closed in some type of isolated cell, maybe even out of glass, making him wait rest of his life for execution in GLASS CELL, same mr Mooney did closed him in. Same he locked his victims in. 🤷🏻♀️
I would find it DARN symbolic. 🤷🏻♀️
I want Love Quinn to return back like they got Candice in season 2. She is the only one who can match his madness and end his acts. I know it sounds stupid but Love is the only one who can be the end of Joe Goldberg
I would also likely to see Paco from season 1 come back
Same!
It should end with joe getting a happy ending
To add on to this theory, I believe that since Joe is fully accepting who he is, it's natural he will become obsessed with someone else, and will try to juggle his two relationships like how he tried to in Season 3. Except Joe knows that Kate can ruin his life and truly expose him for who he is.
So, I think he'll cheat on Kate with one of her friends and kill that friend when he realizes they will confess to Kate about the affair.
Then, along with some other dramatic plot twists and shenanigans, that's when Joe will end up in court and have a full-on psychotic break. And it'll be so satisfying to see...
I really hope they go deeper inside his mind and i hope he will be confronted more deeply with his guild.
Personally I think it would be best if he is caught. But rather than go to jail he is committed to a care facility. That way he sort of gets a happy ending. While everyone else also get justice. His Ark in season 4 would definitely support that the show is going in that direction.
That's a good idea
I really like the theory about Joe's mom
Thanks!
i wish we see people from joes past like taling sides, the quins, ellie mariane etc try to take down joe while people like paco will and kate are manipulated or straight up are allies to joe. like chess each side try to maneuver their pieces to take eachother down
