You’re down to earth and honest. You don’t try to hide your mess and all you do seems real to me, that’s what keeps me coming back. Thank you 😊 11:46 I have faith in you Dave! Those are cool shirts, you need to list them. A few measurements here and there list and let them go. You got this! 18:55 Doesn’t hurt to try paying monthly for a year and then next year you can weigh it all and see what worked best for you.
Take it from an ol'timer........IF you can pay yearly, DO SO. You will save money as monthly is more expensive AND a dollar saved is a dollar earned. I understand the sourcing aspect but set your limits. Check your inventory and if you have (too) much already.....set a dollar amount and stick with it for sourcing.
Glad your glass is moving. You may want to revise any murano listings that have the sticker "Vetro Eseguito" on them. Those are not murano, they translate "made in the style of" murano. It's another "trick" fake Murano sticker label. The berry dish was actually the bottom of a Fenton fairy lamp.
I feel you Dave, I currently have 900 items listed on ebay and I need to list around 1,000 items that I came across in a storage shed full of collectibles. I'm freaking out. I'm definitely trying out vendoo. I've heard of it before and right now you reminded me. I'll take that coupon!! I'm getting a qoute for a backyard storage shed so I can transfer all the items over to my place and list from my new shed!! Thanks for sharing.
like the idea of stacking cash, I used to always think I would miss out on the good stuff if I didn't hit all the garage sales, now I take some weeks off for listing. And I am kinda with you I do like to pay my car insurance in one big chunk every six months.
If you can pay any bill in full instead of having the anxiety and stress of worrying about a bill every 30 days and possibly late fees , I would just pay it at least you'll feel secure knowing if anything shall happen to your monthly income, those bills are paid in full and less worry for you. Why use important bill money to gamble with sourcing, I'm sure you have tons of money already tied up into dead, unlisted or listed waiting to be sold inventory. Just keep doing what ya been doing.
Yes do the monthly payments. Times are hard and keeping your money on hand is best. You are my number one fav to watch so no thanks needed. Thank you for the videos.
I don't know if this helps, but when I buy, I will search by "price + shipping" lowest first in "North America only." However. I also will look at sellers' experience and customer satisfaction. You shouldn't be pricing at the lowest because you have experience, repeat buyers, and followers. That is just my opinion.
I agree. Looking at sold comps, I can't believe how cheap people let some nice electronics go for! I always price higher or average now that I have a decent size following.
Yes the horse is 100 percent marble. It has a great polish on it. I've got 15 + years doing marble and granite countertops and all positions. Mostly fabrication though. I'm certain it is marble.
I told my 16 year old son, he can ear $1 for every item he properly photographs for me this summer. Great way to let them earn some money and get some of my reselling work done.
It's funny you talk about this, because I've been struggling thru a no-source-May and it's HORRIBLE. I broke my own rule once last weekend, but other than that, I've been a good boy. Just know that the STRUGGLE is real!
I do monthly payments on my insurances. At one time i was doing every 3 months at a time. On health insurance i went monthly first on monthly payments because (don't know if true or not) i was told if i pass away the survivors of me would not get any money returned for the remainder of my months paid ahead. So, that's why i do monthly.
How much of a discount do you get if you pay your insurance in full? If it's just $50.00, then your friend is right to pay monthly and use the remainder of the money to make more than $50 discount.
Hi Dave, Question please… What’s your favourite & BEST places to source your items to resell? Family Run Estate Sales Community town sales Yard / Garage Sales Church Thrift Shops/ Sales Community Thrift Stores Flea Markets prices have increased, lots of Fakes beware Salvation Army Stores Savers Stores Goodwill Stores - picked over, only in bad weather. Estate Sales run by an Auction group or company is last. To greedy! What are your bread & butter items? Crowd source… Stay positive, you have a great crowd of people supporting your good efforts. Organisation makes you feel better. Good job! Like your channel. 🙂❤️
Hi Dave, those headphones look similar to the Bose ones I sold for $225. That carved horse looks like alabaster to me. Also Florida seems to be really expensive from a monthly bills standpoint. I live in California where it's supposed to be really expensive but my bills just don't seem to add up to that much. Granted to have a roof over your head in California it's expensive but I guess everything just balances itself out.
Instead of one and done for a year, with monthly payments you have to worry every month about the bill. Usually you get a discount also with lump sum - so pay more with monthly. Peace of mind has value also. Start setting aside the amount you would pay monthly for the bill and then have it available without stress next year when it comes due.
Best to pay the big bill for the year and get the discount, but then throughout the next year, save some every month for the next year. It's called budgeting. 😂
We pay our big bills every 6 months-maybe that would be better for you. Also Sometimes it’s cheaper if you pay all at once rather than monthly-some companies will give a discount if you pay all at once
If i recall when you got that lot of grateful dead shirts from Ralli Roots and weren't happy from the get go, that he reached out to you offering a full refund?
Dave we keep telling you don’t just list everything in two day schedule it to go up over the week or two 130 over a week is great 15 + every day will help you when you don’t get time to list. 🇦🇺👍
Those headphone comps you were seeing are all from China and are probably less than legit, especially when you look at their account feedback. You probably could have listed those for around $150 and gotten it.
Maybe pick the brain of someone that puts in tile like marvel and other materials like it. My old boss used to try and pay off the insurance and a few other bills like it all at once. It worked for a bit but he and his wife and son can’t drive for shit. It became impossible to justify paying it that way. Like when I started with them it was 7.5k a year and when I left 23k.
Idea: Build a shipping table like Kevin so you can have that shelving unit for storage Dave.
No, No, No...if you can pay insurance all at once AND get a discount, that is so much more peace of mind in the long term.
Totally agree with you… monthly is a terrible idea for someone who loves to spend and of course you would miss the discount.
You’re down to earth and honest. You don’t try to hide your mess and all you do seems real to me, that’s what keeps me coming back. Thank you 😊

On older lamps simply cut off the plug and describe as needing rewiring. That's pretty common and saves you from any liability.
That is how The Crazy Lamp Lady sells her vintage lamps.
Never thought of this. Great advice, thank you 😊
Oh Dollywood you will be in my backyard. Get the cinnamon bread and buy an extra loaf or two, as you will want more.
Dave, use Google lens, for start...see what that says

Wedgwood is very collectible in uk
The teapot is rare when boxed

Monday is also a holiday sooo it would actually be Tuesday before it shipped
Dave, if you have a rock shop around you, check with them. My local rock shop is always helpful identifying stones.

Yes Dave that’s a great plan . No sourcing in June and list list list
😂😂😂😂😂 he won’t do that . He needs to make ridiculously stupid UA-cam content to make money .
and yet here you are watching it... So if my content is stupid what does that make you?
Thanks Kathy
The piece of Fenton you were calling a berry bowl is actually the base to a piece fairy light
Welcome to upstate New York State--which is much more than just NYC! NYS is a beautiful state so have fun and welcome!
It’s an absolute shit fest in that state
I agree with Dan on paying monthly,or maybe pay for 6 mns at a time. Enjoyed the video 😀

You could teach your girls how to take pictures for you. Once the pictures are taken, it is easier to post. Bonus: they become an employee deduction.

I love watching you ADHDave - your honest and I love watching with Picking and Punching, Carey and Dawn, Deathpile Picker.
The horse looks like quartz

You are so smart.
Love your videos
I got 10% discount when paid in full, also check, most likely an up charge to be billed monthly. Cheaper to pay in full
When you are looking at your own listings on eBay it shows you the shipping it would cost if you shipped it to yourself
I got a load of Harley Davidson last Monday at an auction on the way home from holiday
On your insurance.......if you really want to have it paid.........you could do 6 months now 6 months later just a thought. 😀😀😀😀😀
Hi Dave, Question please… What’s your favourite & BEST places to source your items to resell?
Family Run Estate Sales
Community town sales
Yard / Garage Sales
Church Thrift Shops/ Sales
Community Thrift Stores
Flea Markets prices have increased, lots of Fakes beware
Salvation Army Stores
Savers Stores
Goodwill Stores - picked over, only in bad weather.

You should definitely move to monthly payments on your insurance! Paying it in full is way too much! Have a good one Dave! 😄
I don't sell, so I don't really watch for for tips and tricks. But you make me laugh. Love your videos!
I always enjoy your videos. Hello from Vega’s decor a reseller from Texas. Keep up the good work.
Could lower the price of plush & golf clubs by a few bucks and get it all moving
Yayyy! 1st watcher!! Love your videos and thankful you share your knowledge!!
Marble is heavy. I have a marble slab that is about 18x24 and weighs over 100 pounds. Or around that heavy, i cant lift it.😊

I’m ready for another clear the storage container sale.
Good thing I live at home so ,not worry bout insurance payment.😮
Dave, given your level of assets and income sourcing money should not be an issue regardless of how you structure the rest of your bills.
Dave - Who do you get your medical insurance through? I'm in the process of searching for insurance myself. Thanks, and love your content :)

When you say upstae NY, where? If you are anywhere near Avon NY, there is 2 flea markets in East Avon.
Schroon lake. Oh, cool. Thanks
Could be parion ware. Feels like marble
Mini split needed in the garage.
I really like those old tee shirts. Do you ever fet any tye-dyed shirts? Maybe Grateful Dead style?
That low shipping price you saw was if you were to ship it to yourself lol
Hairy Tornado had a bummer of a mystery box from Ralli Roots a few years back. Reviews noted

Monday is holiday. No shipping. Good decision.

Dave, you have to do Profit First….it has really changed the way I run my business. I can only source if I have a good Operating Expense balance……
I'm only allowed to source of I make 8 sales a day..... doesn't happen to often so I'm not allowed to source
And Monday is a Holiday!!!
Marble is always cold.

Yes! I save in draft bank but I heard recently scheduling is now free.

LOL you like the fast nickel selling on whatnot but not for eBay, makes no sense. If you listed the headphones higher they may have never sold.
Yay Tina to the rescue 😃
I love your videos the best. It’s better then “going to school” everyday videos… I either skip school or leave class early 😂😂😂
have you looked into Christian Healthcare Mnistries Health Insurance?
Dude you are a shopaholic!
Good morning!
Alabaster?

Wouldn't it be ridiculous if rally roots bought it from you at that price and resold it for the crazy price that only he can command. lol
The horse is probably onyx.
