- This is a recipe for four kinds of cookie tins perfect for Halloween.
The flavors are pumpkin, purple sweet potato, cocoa, and meringue cookies, and the colors are Halloween-esque.
The flavoring powders are all 10 grams, so they are easy to arrange.

■Purple sweet potato cookies
60 g unsalted butter
40g powdered sugar
10 g purple sweet potato powder
1 egg yolk
90 g rice flour or cake flour
20 g ground almonds

9g cornstarch (20% of egg white)
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract

I absolutely LOVE watching your channel for many reasons. Love the recipes and your technique as well. Please be cautious though of telling people to use "Powdered Sugar" which is white... vs using light brown sugar or cane sugar, which is what you are actually using for these cookies. This can be really confusing for those learning how to cook better or use the recipes you show here. All 3 types of them used light brown or cane sugar. This is not the only time this has happened. I know it isn't intentional, but it is misleading. Please keep posting as the recipes are great!

The ‘powdered sugar’ looks like extra-fine BROWN SUGAR….definitely NOT what we in The U.S. would use instead of ‘powdered (10X Confectioner’s) sugar’. The cookies do look amazing!!
