Saturday Repair Job: Turning, Milling, Boring

These two assemblies, which form part of a bakery machine called a bun divider, have become worn in a fairly short space of time due to the choice of materials used in their construction.
New parts are available from the manufacturer at considerable cost. So the customer is looking for a long term solution, but also needed a quick turnaround to avoid production downtime - hence this has become a Saturday job!
Unfortunately due to time constraints and other things on the go, we couldn't film every part of the process, but I'm sure you will be able to follow along.
