In this video we test out the brand new 2020 cartridge released from Hornady the 6mm ARC on 60 coyotes. This was an exceptional hunt we got to spend with our little girl along with us on stand making memories that will last a lifetime. We also helped out lots of ranchers experiencing livestock predation along the way.

Btw, more & more 'big city liberals' are getting themselves attacked and their pets killed because they have no clue how to live in the wild like we do, and they change their tune real quick. I was in the animal clinic today and coyote attacks on pets are a huge problem. Because coyote overpopulate and absolutely decimate the local wildlife which is why they are coming into the city now. We humans have nothing to do with that, coyote have always been a huge problem.
I'm sure cattle ranchers and other livestock owners are very grateful for you helping them by reducing the excess of wild beasts like these coyotes. Keep doing what you do.👍

Great video! I wanted to let you know, if I haven't already, this video got my son to seriously look at the 6MM ARC. After looking at the specs of the bullet, he ordered one. I told him about it and sent him the video link. He was considering a 6.5 Creedmoor first.
I also wanted to say don'tet the tree huggers and jealous people get you down with their negative comments. Some people are stupid then open their mouth to and prove it. 😉 Between feral cats, coyotes and feral hogs we are fortunate to still have good wildlife population and y'all are doing your part to help maintain a balanced ecosystem. The more I shoot 6mm ARC the more impressed I become. It amazes me how much energy this round has. Fox, Coyote, doesn't matter. It wads them up, and they lay still.

@@Jackgritty28 In most places there is not because they reproduce so fast you can shoot tons without it even denting the population. Where I live there is no limit and you can hunt them year round if you want to, but winter is the best because they have their winter fur and it is easier to see them when the grass is held down by snow.

@@richardalexander4300 you do realize that your qualifications aren’t on moving targets with none of the other factors that come into play while coyote hunting in the hills, and yes some of those shots are easy but the precision and accuracy on moving targets like that not all marines could do that. You didn’t make it through processing if you think the qualification are anything close to hunting coyotes like that.

I was shying away from the ar15. I was getting into AKs, and FAl's. Now im convinced the 6mm ARC is the way to go.

How does the 108 due on far saving just thinking about building one for a thermal hunting for coyotes but I want to saved the fur i'm thinking about getting a 1.10 twist with 70 gr noslers but it's hard to find brass I might have to try and use the heavier factory stuff to get brass lol

@DanialTorres, we kill coyotes for population control. Since fur prices tanked in the late 70s early 80s the coyotes are out of control and are hurting other animal populations plus harming livestock. This is one way that doesn't use poison and its fun 😊.

Which ATN scope is that on your rifle? I have the X-sight 4k pro 5-20 that I’m thinking about running on my Odinworks 6mm ARC build.
Using the ATN X-Sight 4k 5-20. It does great. I really like the setup with Paired With the abl 1500 Rangefinder. We are now starting to run the X-Sight 5 LRF and have been highly impressed with it. Super clear, lightweight and the Rangefinder is built in. Check them out 👍
