    Thank you Robin for making me change my mind about Brussels sprouts! I have always hated them at all thanksgiving parties when someone else made. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t me and just their crappy way of making it 😂. So I tried your recipe because the flavours sounded good to me. And it turned out be the best decision ever !! I made this for our Canadian Thanksgiving and my husband fell in love with it !! I’ll be sure to mention you in my Instagram food blog. You have made me a Brussels believer !!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Oh my gosh Robin, I didn't have any brussel sprouts so I tried this treatment on roasted cabbage. It was so good and got rave reviews from the family! Thank you for sharing. I am always looking for new ways to get my family to eat vegetables.

      I'm glad you gave my recipe a go. Sorry it didn't turn out to your liking. Sometimes it can be the balsamic you used You really should use a high quality balsamic or make a reduction sauce. Could be you just used too much for your tastebuds or maybe you just don't like balsamic that much! In any case thanks for trying it.

    I did try this with him tonight and it was really good. The only thing is I forgot the walnuts. But it turned out good because my husband does not like walnuts. Thank you for this recipe.

    Wow! I made these as a side for dinner tonight, and even my kiddos were raving about them. And my wife is on keto, but after a taste she could barely resist.. They're that good!

    💡I suggest, for health reasons, not using aluminum foil but parchment paper or a silicon mat / baking sheet instead. 🤗

    Lovely recipe. Guess you could swap horsechestnuts. My father used to do a wonderful sprout recipe, he added breadcrumbs and garlic, I think it had a French influence, that and his Pizzas and 'Club sandwiches' made my childhood a joy.
    Ps could possibly add half a cup of raisins to add an interesting twist.

      That's a good question Ann. The challenge would be getting rid of all the water from freezing them. I would thaw them first and then pat dry. Then give it a go. Let me know how it turns out.

    Sprouts weren't browned well and clumped together on the pan. Really could have bean much better.
