A tub is an absolute must!! Dealbreaker without tub!
It’s such a 50/50 issue, love it
70’s vibe with the round table in the kitchen
The media room is an amazing addition. It helps solve sibiling space issues. "You to the game room, you in the media room, stop fighting!"
It has helped.
Exactly! Having that extra space is killer
Both are nice but the 2nd one has the biggest wow factor. KYLER!
The office being hidden away is a huge plus!
I agree. Feels more private.
In which house is the office hidden away? No 4 or 5
Love the hidden staircase!
the media space in the 40ft is an absolute must keep in the options.
No Tub Deal Breaker
Let’s be real…you weren’t buying a million dollar home anyway lol
The house you liked has that wow factor as you walk in, and you can't beat the bathrooms in each bedroom. Definitely would be my choice
I’m with Team Kyle loving that home!! Also you definitely need a tub and media room in that 40ft lot!
Woohoo! And yes have to have those on the 40
Casual and formal dining areas are both required.
Also, tub is very important, not just a shower for humans to enjoy and use regardless of its area.
Yes media room in the 2nd floor is needed
I can’t wait till 2026 I’m moving to Houston!! 😊😊 I will reach out!
Love it! Bring it on. Which home is your favorite?
Me too
@@sophiebakuza7896 bring it on!
I'm going with Kyler's favorite. That entry way is incredible
Definitely has that wow factor.
I like the house you like best Tyler. 3600 square ft. But the first house for 40 ft. I do like also. To me it's what a home owner needs. The larger house are for people who have large families . I do like the idea of a 3 or 4 car garage. And put a full bathroom in part of in the garages. I did see a house with a full bathroom in a garage. I was impressed to see that. The home owner had that bathroom added to their house. I thought it was a good idea. It was in Conroe, Texas back in the late 80's or early 90's. They put a full bathroom inside of one side of their two car garage.
The media room in the 40 foot is a must. I have to go with Keith. Great video. Keep them coming.
I agree about the media room. I don't agree with Team Keith 😄
For the 40 foot. I would really like for them to keep the tub in the home. It’s definitely essential.
Your selection is the best so far no 4
Price range and area pls Kyler.
So there is no study room or office in no4?
Gas fire places the preferred choice.
Out of the way laundry is better than one near the closet area of a bedroom.
Avalon in Cypress - prices are $400k’s-$1M+
Reach out and we can get you all the info you’d need
No 5 could start from 800 k up to 1m plus?
If it is kept around 800 k, then what can one expect
The 40ft interiors are so inviting.😍❤
Great tours as always! I will say I am little surprised you don't take your shoes off when touring these homes though, considering the price and that they typically have light carpet/ flooring.
Thanks!
My shoes stay clean and these are model homes, they don’t ask us to take our shoes off or I would be happy to
Love this neighborhood,
Keith is confused, team Kyle! 😂
The media room they should definitely leave. I feel like you rarely see a media room and a loft area in a 40ft. Having a tub isn’t a deal breaker for my family. We’ve only used our tub like 4 times and we’ve lived in our home for a bit over a year. Great video as always!
They are taking away everything from the 40ft product that makes it amazing for the size and price … bad move
Yep that’s how I felt when I was there :/
Yes to Media on 2nd
How far is this from the Woodlands?
Move the candle!
I like Kyler too..will soon be approaching you to buy a house in Houston...
Losing the tub and the media room suck. I can live without media room but for my wife a tub is a must
Happy wife happy life
Add the bathroom in side a garage. I'll bet it will sell. Greatly. A full bathroom inside a garage. It will sell. Wives will like it. Cause the husband want tracking dirty inside the house. If they work outside like any kind of like road construction, pipes construction, dirty construction, concrete construction, plumbing construction, etc, etc. you get the picture I hope.
No 4 and 5 are the best.
No formal dining needed but a tub yes!!! These bones gotta soak sometimes 😅
lol soak it up!
Is no 4 called Canvas?
How far is Katy from Avalon Cypress?
The garages bathroom had a bath tub, a shower, counter, cabinets, closet, toilet, vanity and etc. IT was great for her husband and if she and he worked outdoors . They wouldn't get the floors dirty. Because their was a full bathroom inside of the garage. Got it???
Gotta keep the media room
The best house in my opinion with a WOW factor no 4 with 3000- 3600- 3900 sq ft Kyler option 60 sq ft price $600k to 800k price 5 bed.
However, no 5 is 4600 sq ft with 70 ft front. Under 1m
800k in law suite.
How much deposit or down required for no 4 and 5 and the terms- payment.
Q. Are these homes coming as furnished or unfurnished?
Kyler
They come unfurnished, these are the models as a representation of what you can build
Sometimes, they charge for furnishing.
What about the model homes? Do they come with the furnishing?
Where are the wet rooms with a tub that fits a 6' 4" man to stretch out?
This builder can accommodate tubs in the larger homes
@@livinginhtx the tub in the last house hardly fit. Though it looked like a tub almost as long as I want.
No tub would be a deal breaker for us on the 40' Taylor Morrison.
What subdivision is it in the one with the in house suite?
Avalon
Reach out and we can help!
ferrisrealty.com/survey
No tub is definitely a deal breaker
@@bf5ft10in I agree
Oh, may I add the windows in the bedroom must be able to open. All windows must be able to open in case of a fire or danger of some kind to escape from.
KEITH!
It seems the prices are a bit higher compared to Katy and other areas. Saw some other videos from you with bigger houses on the low 400s range
Well there are tons of builders at different price points, but the same size and quality homes in Katy go for similar prices as these
@@livinginhtx do you prefer Meridiana or Sunterra overall? I liked the prices at those master plan communities
@@gustavobarandas2012 dang that’s a tough call, have you watched our video on both?
@@livinginhtx yes! Meridiana looks nicer, at least judging by the amenities and location
@@gustavobarandas2012 I don’t necessarily like one “more” than the other. They feel pretty comparable, really probably comes down to other factors like which builder you like most with your budget and what they are offering. Both have great amenities.
Yes, tub! But-stand alone
Primary with no tub = deal breaker!!
I prefer a formal dinning room, why would one need the distractions of the living room or even the kitchen when eating. Maybe have the dinning room and kitchen separated by a partial wall but absolutely no to having a living room and dinning room together. In addition to that I hate having the Kitchen being one of the things you see when you walk into the home; I would have a entry area or parlor and then leading to the living room and family room from there.
how true is it that builders will not give commissions to realtors anymore and buyers will have to shoulder the realtors fee should buyer decide to engage one?
Builders are changing nothing and will continue to pay realtors fees, all the news around the NAR lawsuit has only caused a ton of misinformation and confusion. Rest assured, when you work with us, builders pay our commissions and that isn’t changing
No tub in the master bath would be fine with me. We have never used our tub in 9 years. However, no tub in the master would be a deal breaker for my sister. She would rather do without a kitchen before she would give up her tub.
Definitely don’t need a formal dining room. Definitely don’t need or want a tub, would rather have a roomie shower. I don’t mind losing the media room, especially if they enlarge the bedrooms and bathroom, or even give each bedroom its own bath.
Yea I’m not a big formal dining guy myself
No tub is a deal breaker for sure
How are you doing Kyler what you doing for Easter any egg hunt
The 2nd house does not have enough 1/2 baths. I don't like sharing my or my kids bathroom with non family member.
Props to you for saying the real estimated pricing with updates
I try to keep it 💯
Nothing wrong with getting rid of the tub ✌🏽
You not a tub guy?
No tub is for sure a deal breaker for me 🤷
Is there any one story homes here
Team Kyler….Team Keith??
I’m staying neutral! Too many things I love about both!
Choose wisely!
It would be better to have a large island with stools in the 50' instead of the round table. But bedroom sizes are great.
No tub is a deal breaker for me!!
Kyler which area do you live in?
Katy
The 70ft home is nice. The dining room is too huge and a dust collector. Formal dining rooms are unnecessary. I would just ask for that area to be turned into an office and make my kitchen and breakfast nook area for a formal table so everyone can converse in one area.
The laundry area is not in an ideal location. Definitely a beautiful home.
I agree, I don’t have a formal dining, I have a massive informal dining area in the main living area and it’s great
No tub IS a deal breaker
6:21 a tub is definitely a deal breaker for me 😒
House #1, if they’re thinking of getting rid of the bath tub and the media room, that’s not a good move…
Agreed.
You cheated 😅 you played music when showing your house 😂😂😂
Why?? Haha
Under a million dollars! In Houston? That's it?
Turning sarcasm down now.
Lot of comments on here complaining about a home they could never afford…that’s so strange. “Oh! I would neeeevah buy a home without a tub!” Well ma’am, you aren’t living in a million dollar home anyway.
They are commenting on the first home that removed the tub which I believe is in the $400k-$500k range
@@livinginhtx i missed that part…Just went back and watched it.
In that case, I’m surprised someone would spend 500k on a house just to sit in their own dirt. To each their own, I suppose.
Why are the bathtubs in America always so small. The only time you might see decent size bathtub is always in the higher end homes . just saying cuz here in Australia even the lowest of low end homes have a bathtub that are 6 ft tall person could sit in comfortably without their knees around their ears
Yeah but your bathtubs have spiders bigger than our dogs 😆
May I suggest that the bath tubs must stay in place please in the markets. With out a bath tubs, you will find that sometimes you just got to take a bath. I tried that in the pass. I realized I had to take a good hot bath to get clean and to relax. You will want to feel that hot water on your butt. You butt will crave for the feeling of hot or warm water on your butt!!!!! Now please leave the bath tubs alone; you're going to need the bath tubs. Shower are for quickie. They does'nt leave you too clean. Your skin will eventually get bumps on your skin from half washed from a shower. Shower are for quickie for 15 minutes. You are going to put little or no soap and rinse off then get dress and just smell the soap. But you are not clean.
Keith
BOOOO! jk 😉
Correction: because the husbands will not be tracking dirty inside the house.
Where is the TREES?. How safe are the people going to be with no TREES.
Removing media room is a bad idea 👎
Totally agree.
No housing developer will keep their project a secret the title is clickbait and needs to be changed
You should report this to the UA-cam police 😁
