I thought Mars’s problem in not being habitable was that its mass is too small, so its core cooled down and its magnetic field weakened. This is why it can’t hold onto a thick atmosphere. So even if we started thickening the atmosphere, wouldn’t the solar wind just blast it off?
that’s literally said in the first 3 minutes of the video
@@anieanton7266lmao 😂
@@anieanton7266It literally does not say that anywhere in the video, but Michael Gray is correct. Mars is too small to hold onto its atmosphere.
It takes millions of years to blast off our new mars atmosphere
Mars doesn't have a magnetic field I always thought.
I honestly don't care which planet we would terraform I just want to see a planet in real life
Just look down boss
Your seeing it in real life man
@@lucask841or up. You can see the Venus, Mars and Jupiter pretty much all the time.
You literally living on one
Walk outside
Maybe we should clean up and take care of the one we have for starters.
It's not possible when we are dealing with pathological greed (Gates, Soros, Buffe et al). What needs to happen is ETs with higher mind state coming to help or AGI ASI robots coming to help.
Think of it as a side quest, we need to begin finding a new planet to live on and make it suitable for life JUST incase everything goes wrong on earth so we have somewhere to go other then just dying. It's all part of a grand plan plus their billions of people working on healing earth as we speak
@@JACKAL98 The human species is causing pollution and destruction to other species and forests. The only way to fix things is through a massive benevolent dictatorship such as conducted by AGI robots or ETs.
Exatamente ❤
Thanks for featuring some clips from Stargate, especially in the beginning!
Theories, not mentioned in the stream:
1. Orbit/launch meteorite(s), and make it impact Mars.
2. To keep the Sun from "eating" the Earth, humans could send the Sun "fuel" to avoid it from going to expand and to keep it dense, while it would make it last longer in a "not dangerous to the Earth" status. A sort of adaption fuel that "inject" into the flow without interrupting too much.
It really just needs more atmospheric pressure. That would make all the difference to make water hold itself together.
Very impressed with this video. I have always been interested in astronomy and physics. It was things like this that drove me to enter those professions. Thank you for feeding my insatiable curiosity about the universe and the wonders that we discove
😮
4rt
17:26 yes but with extraodrdinary feeling - not everyone is ready to move from the extreme right or left to extreme left or right side. Also trinity is already there.
impatience and money in yang indeed. with no danger in mind. thank you
Safe, happy, healthy and wealthy (whatever that be to you)
Make a video of what our Voices Would sound like on different planets and satellites.
I really love this channel even since 3 years ago
for venus you need ice to cool it, ice collected from the kuiper belt
Love what if videos❤❤❤
Awesome 👍😎
We should invest money, time, and resources into fixing the environmental problems of earth
? why terraform Venus when Venus and mercury are the first places to go once the sun expanse
Thatscrighht
That's in a billion years....
A dirt World that’s Now The Ground To this Universe.
It would be so cool to live in space
You do
@@tomhud2022 yeah!
We already do
@@atomosprime2.0 that’s true but I meant on a planet sorry for not saying it clearly lol
Some theory say nuclear war happend on that plant millions of years ago
But it needs a strong magnetic field to prevent the solar rays wiping away the atmosphere
No
Yes you fo
(Very) High Performance living organisms to support life and solve some things
I really love this channel even since 3 years ago 😊
That’s the Moon I’ve Already Been on for Real Along With Mars the Closet planet then Jupiter.
"Still Watching," merci.
One of my favorite chocolates
Did the stream end?
Wait wouldn’t nuking the top and the bottom of mars far enough out propel most of those particles across space. I mean I may be wrong but the gravitational field of mars can’t be strong enough to keep those particles rotating around the planet. Not to mention the atmosphere isn’t really dense enough to hold that much debris I think most of it would just fall to the planet.
Sunlight.
The fact we have legitimately considered *nuking Mars* proves we are not advanced enough to deserve walking on it😭😂
Joshua.
I think we need to take a page out of the DC Superman movie and build world engines. Massive machinery that can also be ships that can jump start the terraforming of the planet and also be a habitat for humans while it works it's magic
People just don’t know how to live like me honestly.
I read when the sun expands into a red giant ,mars could have a couple of billion years in a habitable zone
Have someone noticed, that the very first clip is actually from stargate atlantis? 👍
But if you kill your life Seaces to live within the rite to live.
Frickin moon bees like that sounds like a great idea doesnt it need bees to flick our crops
So they can't fix earth but they want to fix other planets SMH
Probably the best way to make Venus or Mars habitable for humans through terraforming is to change the orbit of these planets around the sun further into the habitable zone. But humanity is still far from technically capable of doing this. In addition, the terraforming process would take thousands of years.
For Mars the terraforming phase might only last a hundred years if it's done right. During the beginning phase people have to live in thick glass dome structures. They introduce mosses which grow in very high altitudes that are used to low oxygen levels or even no oxygen. Those will then emit oxygen into the the atmosphere and very gradually increase the oxygen level to where they can introduce very hardy larger plants like pine trees, cacti, tumbleweed etc which will increase the oxygen level further.
If we were travelling to any destination in the galaxy @ lightspeed, wouldn't the trip be instantaneous for the ones doing the travelling?
This is Venus Your Looking at.
I would think that it wouldn't work due to two reasons. 1. Lack of an electromagnetic field which protects us here on earth from the suns solar wind. 2. Lack of mass which results in a weak gravitational field which allows the atmosphere to seep away into space!
Life Pressure.
If take some seed to grow there, are they grow?
Radar
That was cool and incredible , and I think the axiom is perfect for the future because just incase if is emergencies and it has space for the space shuttle and the rocket pads just incase if there good to Mars .
45:16 but its good to put your kiddies there
When I’m there I don’t talk.
considering that some people get crazy with moonal energies.
let´s see what REALLY is functionable regarding organisms like human? In orde to live best possible life?
How would spaceships be able to safely dock on a space station going fast enough to make its own gravity??
Breathe.
great video but so many audio issues 😢
Heh? 32 degrees Celsius is about 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I think he meant to say 32 degrees Fahrenheit in the cooling capsule which is freezing point.
Humans almost destroyed earth and in the coming future, I believe they will do the same thing to other planets also.
Self. Healing. Techkgy
Believe in us and we'll always be! (That's you!!)
I however agree that approaching with caution is not a silly attitude, all things considered
We will find a solution to that
there is another way to Heat up Mars it may sound crazy but it will work and it is not using nuclear missiles
Thanks NASA for sharing this Human exploration
Everything will happen eventually is the logic i go by.
Love from Bangladesh ❤

Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view !"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam ."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window ? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
10:05 only for swimming haha
What If. As a human we need to Evolved Like Cyborg. That's the best Idea. To Easy to adopt the environment in other Planet.
Need video in 4k
And none with my name.
mars does not have a magnetosphere like earth which protects the atmosphere and prevents it from being stripped away. That is why all of the effort to terra-form mars would not work in the long run
Does Mars have enough gravitational force to hold a substantial atmosphere? How could we maintain sufficient air pressure?
Venus makes sense. It is in our Solar System, so close enough. It has an atmosphere, albeit a toxic atmosphere. It would be easier to filter the toxins, convert the toxins and other gasses to less harmful and/or even useful gasses. Also, the Greenhouse effect due to the make-up of the atmosphere on Venus is the cause of the temperatures. In this video, it talks about "surface cooling pipes", which is just absurd. Correcting the atmospheric make-up will naturally regulate the temperature to a normal habitable zone, and it wouldn't take centuries after the atmosphere was at an acceptable level either. The changes would be much faster and catastrophic to its current environment than believed. Not catastrophic to our needs, just it's current or "native" state.
Do not take Earth stuff that's not contained and Put it on Mars.
make pdf for it
Like.. this for middel schoolers..
I’m really hoping for the Star Trek future
yea u crazy
Yeah, but I'd really rather have a Star Trek PRESENT.
635 years proximity to other livable planet.
Ok.
That was cool and incredible 👌👍❤, and I think the axiom is perfect for the future because just incase if is emergencies and it has space for the space shuttle and the rocket pads just incase if there good to Mars 😀.
What if the world is one country and we all do things as one. The Universe will be open market to farm for materials
informed food , maybe directly
lets make Sahara green again!
plz make a what if video , what if humans swallowed food like snakes/birds instead of chewing
I'm so bored in this Earth planet, I wanted to move to Mars ASAP.
13:36 😮😮😮😮
Planet Earth is probably the only place humans can survive in the universe .
But if our sun is going to die. Wouldn't that star not be very far from dying as well?
Imagine how lucky the people in thousands of year are that are going to experience all this! Sadly we will be there to experience it.
Spaceship Earth! And our spaceship is becoming unlivable.
i don´t feel like strong gravity
Andromeda and the milky way will joint to be one galaxy.
Is a reason why we keep looking at planets where is no future for our kind?
But mars don't have enough gravity to pull us from flying meh?
money in both spheres - yin and yang and the middle 🙂
Is there oxygen in mars
It is really wonderful so many options of locations of habitability for human to exploit, all that is needed is just the will to get it going. Forget the prophets of dome that doesn't have hope for the long existence of humans. Man kind will colonize the universe one day, despite the likelihood of any other civilization we may encounter in the long run.
Sabatier process as used in space to create air for ppl to breath could also be used to generate hydrogen fuel the engine could burn or use the co2 from breathing to create methane to generate power to push us further into space an a decent speed an could harvest hydrogen from space man the options are endsless but nothing gets done
Why so they can go destroy them planets too..
Aight if you're going to insist on everything being in Celsius and not Fahrenheit, ya'll should realize your mistake on the Kepler section and cryofreezing. You claimed that nasa has developed a cryochamber capable of lowering an astronauts temperature to 32 degrees Celsius. Are we to believe that at 32 c we would eventually cease all function and not just go bad essentially? That's only a couple degrees lower than normal
Are planet is mad up of multiple planets crashing into one other the heat molding them and have been evolving every 200,000 years there or abouts
But I got there.
I already nuclear
Good video
What if there are people underneath? They could retaliate.
WAIT WHAT?
Sun Travel.
Humans if they are still around a billion years from now would still be able to explore the Solar System. That's about it.
I'm more dubious about the prospects of terraforming Mars and Titan than I am Venus. Somehow the Earth cooled down... So also can Venus be cooled down.
