If only Procreate is free, I would use it, but sadly, its not... That app is such a great app for IOS... I have my video editing app on my iPad so I'm also editing my maps there, using Sketches, but sketches is not as good as Procreate... I use Microsoft Paint itself. It is very hard to use, especially with the fact that it has no layers. And it os only for extra hardcore users and adding either countryballs or text is no easy task. However, I was able to use it anyways.
