An upgrade with controlled steam injection would be nice option. This oven looks well made, This would be nice for breads like baguettes which should have full steam bake while breads like Italian breads only need a few minutes of steam when loafs first out oven.
I wish they had one for a home baker that would be bit smaller and the same solid construction for the USA market. I am really impressed by the description.
@@ancientgrainsbakehouse4714 Where did you order it? What was the delivery time? Price? I have seen that there are none available and delivery times recently improved a bit but still 2-3 months wait time. Thanks in advance!
@@rogeroga I purchased directly from RackMaster in the UK. Todd McBride from Estes Forwarding Worldwide was my shipping agent. It took less than a month from contacting Campbell to receiving my RM2020. I chose to ship by air freight which was 9 days in transit. Total cost was about the same as Pleasant Hill Grain is charging but much quicker.
Most probably. Lilly's loaf says it takes hours. And their website says 230V 13amp. That's not different from a home oven, except this thing is c.10x bigger?
❤ ❤ ❤ 🌱 🌱 🌱What a absolutely fantastic product by a master at his craft and would love to one day have one here in России would be amazing

I just received mine in Tucson, AZ and it is the perfect size for a home based bakery. Compact and well built.

Really wish I had the space for this oven, I want to start a bakery at home co-inside with my mine job as a baker but I only have a small house
if it's so simple and no high tech why 4.5k eur?
baking chamber is 18" x 24". wish it were at least 18" x 26" for full size sheet pans. Any models that are a little bigger?
Does it steam?
