You just saved me a bunch of testing. In my 2001 Corolla it was the relay, swapping over the heater one to test worked! Put it back and ordered a new one for the horn. Thanks!
Thank you very much. I love the trick of the pliers in the relay terminals: it's the fastest way to check that the horn, the fuse, and the cabling are ok, and the problem is the relay itself, or something in the inner part f the car (spring clock or horn switch). As explained in the video discarding the problem is the relay is as easy as swapping it with another similar one. I prefer to take one from the AC fans from the other fuse compartment near this one.
I have a 2022 Corolla Cross. It has two relays and a fuse in the fuse panel. Installing a Wolo horn I think I blew a relay, and the horn does not work. To figure this thing out I need to know which wire has the power when the horn is pushed, and what should it's multimeter voltage be to test it. I did buy a connector as was on the original. With the two relays in the fuse box do I even need a relay? Final statement in vid. If you see the power in the horn...how do you see it?
Hello, I am having trouble trying to find a good really loud single replacement horn for my Corolla. A lot of the replacement horn are all 2 horns 1 high toned and 1 low toned. Would you be able to recommend a comparable 1 really loud single horn for a 2000 Corolla?
I have a quick question. Whenever the Horn relay gets loose on my Corolla the headlights stop working as well as the highbeams. Any ideas on how I can go about troubleshooting that?
Need help on my Toyota celica 2003 because my horn was working but it stoped I brought a new relay and switched it out and it still didn’t work but I didn’t switch the 10 fuse you was talking about still need help though can you help me ?
