This is a tropical paradise - the private garden of Farren Wayne - a plant collector in KL, Malaysia whose plant collection is the envy of many! His aroid collection is legendary - anthuriums, alocasias, philodendrons and then there are many colocasias and plants from the ginger family thriving happily together. And his number 1 gardening problem is his plants growing too fast. No sympathy for him there! His leafs are HUGE and he brings us around in his garden - small in size but huge in impact - and shares his plant care tip with us in this video.

My tropical garden here in Costa Rica looks similar to his, the main difference is that mine is full of insects, lizards, frogs, monkeys, sloth, snakes and wild birds! Hugs from the jungle!

@@waynelkduarte45 oh....i wonder if our UV rays are stronger in this part of the world? Or somehow your plant is more fortified against the burn?
@@leafing.around juvenile and plants in less moist soil can burn, more for most variegated . But usually bananas are fully tropical plant,they dont burn.

Maybe you can remove some trees in your garden that way you have more light and you can use soil and perlite! Also incorporating moss poles! And with the added light, the poles will become hidden from all the growth you'll get! And the more sun might help with your fungal infections in your garden! Thank you again!! 💙😊🌿

clearly being in the perfect climate for these tropical plants helps them to gorw so nicely! My monstera and one of my alocasias are doing well now but I'm worried about winter in the UK
