Everyone always thinks the feeding system is so expensive! I make chop for 8 birds for 6+ months and it costs maybe $70 for that 6 month batch. Its SO much cheaper than any other diet.
Way to go, Capri, noticing a bath would help calm Kevin. You are very perceptive. This was an amazing class to watch. It shows how people really need to understand birds and what they need from us as opposed to what we as a human want from the bird.

FANTASTIC video!! Who hasn't fallen into Penny Wise, Pound Foolish thinking at some point. Funny thing is -- it never saves us the $ we think it's going to and more often than not causes more trouble than if we'd just ponied up the $ in the first place. Can't WAIT to see Kevin's free flight story!
Reminds me of the the time my family hosted a French Foreign Exchange Student named Xavier, my Umbrella Cockatoo Sugar HATED him and would chase him all across the house. My bird HATES the French 🤣🤣😂😂

My long term goal is to put my bird on your guys diet plan & free flight train them. I bought the book recipes but I honestly don’t know how to cook or know any of the ingredients or even heard of them.
Hello bird tricks I’ve been thinking of free flying my cockatiel however I can’t seem to get him to eat the right diet however I’m still getting good training results without the right diet so my questions are : If I can or should free fly my cockatiel? And how should I get him to eat the proper diet?
This doesnt have to do with the video, but, I have a green cheek and when I try to get her to step up she goes on my arm instead of my finger, any tips?

I love getting an update on the birds. It was great to see how much progress they’ve made.
