Ever since my father passed away in 2017, I was 23. I strived for months to find gentleman with similar cooking styles and after I came across your Channel you’ve brought clarity to my life using your recipes, feels like I’m in the kitchen with pops cooking again. Thank you for everything you do buddy
I’m sure you’ll be OK now I have to watch him daddy who is this guy can cook anything it’s simple it’s easy watch them and soon you’ll be teaching somebody else how to cook these dishes and be OK
Lakeisha Lee I'm acknowledging your loss. My condolences to you and yours. We miss Daddy Jack so much. And I must say I'm in shock over Jack's passing. I thought he was getting better. But sometimes you just never know what's actually happening. Stay strong. I'm with you and Jack's family as a long time fan. 😊 YM

I still miss Jack and his delicious slants on everyday foods. I used to tell him I was coming up there to his place and then it was too late. He was a good guy.
It just feels crazy in my heart to see The God of the kitchen cooking at home! It is not possible to thank you enough for the decades of knowledge you give away. Bless you, wonderful man.

Another great video Jack! Medaglia d’oro Makes a nice instant espresso powder that my local grocery store conveniently carries. When I was a pastry chef, I would use it a lot as it was a great way to add a rich coffee flavor into something, without adding extra liquid or worrying about grounds in the final product. Ice cream bases, truffle bases etc..
@@chaplinsrestaurant No, it dissolves completely into the liquid. I know I’ve been places where I’ve gotten a coffee crème brûlée, got to the bottom of it and seeing a bunch of grounds down there. This eliminates anything like that
Looks great. I need to find some corned beef that is in small portions so I can make this and not waste anything. Glad to see you are still kickin it Jack.
I miss his videos. He put out so many over the years I still find some I have never saw, this is one of them. Love Corned Beef Hash!! He dosent put any cream in like some places do, I like it chunky like this. How many restaurants did he own? Daddy Jack Lives On!
Your finished dish is more like a codnish recipe called bubble and squeeze. That was normally mondays supper , or anytime we had a roast dinner all the leftovers were chopped up and fried .
I agree 100% on you just can't find good corned beef and hash. That looks amazing! I will give that a try. I don't like the mush I like it having texture.
Jack Jack Jack. What can I say.. Hell yeah!!!!!!!!!! Dawng that man can COOK!!!!! Watching you cook this brought back so many memories of me when I was about 5 watching my granny cook the best cornbeef hash ever, now in the uk corner beef for us came in a tin or thin slices, you have a brand called libbys that sell tinned cornbeef. But the Potatoes were soft fluffy inside but nice and crispy on the outside with these narly bits of this corned beef only season she used was salt and pepper with Worcestershire sauce. gran would then make some thick white toast pike the hash on the toast and she'd fry a sunny side up egg and Place it onto. We'd have it either for a brunch or supper. She was my driving force to be the best chef I could be but my gran was the best chef ever 25yrs later I'm not even a third of the chef she was Thank-you Jack thank you
It all starts with Grand Ma's cooking Willow! I like that over toast with a fried egg, may have to try that! Thank for sharing the memory! Jack. Wow!! 😱 That looks awesome! I always hated corned beef, and serving it as a hash just added to that hate 🤮LOL!!!! 🤣😁😆 Now I’m not sure what you did, but it just invites my senses with an irresistible urge to perform a LADY LIKE “PIG OUT”….I guess that means that I hafta keep my pinky up while I stuff my fat face? 😮😮😮 hahahaha! Yeah….that’ll work! Oh….and I almost forgot 😨😳🥺…please pass me that roll of Bounty paper towels. Can’t be a lady without them either. As always…great job there! I’m actually going to attempt eating this dish. I really hope I like it!! 😬😋😍
Is it Axle or Axel? Either way, he knows who Daddy is. I can remember my mother using a meat grinder to make hash too. It was really good. You've inspired me to make some hash for myself.
