Was told Diabetic, Never had high levels until just recently after two years on metformi. I went to Dr they said to you need to see a specialist no other options. I said i was never or had issues with GFR till this stuff went in my system look at my previous blood work. I am off Metformin now and trying to clean up my kidneys, HELP....

Unflavoured coconut oil is great.
I haven't tried that in a recipe like this. I'm still learning to cook meals myself and have a lot to learn. But like life, I approach my meals with some humor so that I'm not too worried when it turns out a little off.

What about nut allergy sufferers? I also cannot eat raw apples either.
