Man even though I work @ Apple and most of the things I tend to know. When can we start watching video on these watches? There are times I want to see a tutorial on YT or stream a show or watch exercises on my Jillian Michaels app or FitOn app.
You’ve made a really great video…even after watching several Apple Watch instructional videos, I’ve either learned something new or had it better explain! THANK YOU!! Some people are just made for creating instructional videos, you’re one of those people. Your voice tone is perfect and easy to listen too…easy to listen to, equals better learning; I’m happy I happened upon this video and will search out others you’ve posted 😸
Great tips. Thanks. I will use several of those things. Personally, I love the ability to mute an incoming call by briefly covering the watch face with your hand.

Thanks for tip re medications. I have the Medication complication added to my watch face. To log a medication takes about 5 seconds, start to finish. When a severe migraine strikes, economy of effort is essential, otherwise the bother of logging is too great, and I give up before I start, and that med goes unlogged. I have best of intentions but rarely remember to log the med after the event. I should be able to do this. The increased battery life of the Ultra 2 means the watch is rarely off my wrist.
As always, terrific video. Informative and enjoyable. I learned a lot, and like you, have had an Apple watch for several years and did not know about most of these features.
Thank you, this is very helpful. I’d like to know how you achieved the watch face seen at 1:16. I’ve looked through my gallery and don’t see any that look like that.
I just got an iPhone after being on android for the past 15 years and the quality on the iPhone is unmatched there’s a quality here that I did not know I was missing
My favourite Focus mode on my Apple Watch 8 is Sleeping, which activates at 22:30 till 7 in the morning. Watch face is X-Large in red with a black background and Solar System as the only complication. The Sleeping Focus the Theater Mode is activated/deactivated, which dims the Watch and turns the screen off, and the Torch is now instead of a white light a red light. When I have to get up at night, I simply turn the Torch on from the dock/press the button. Enough light to find my way to the loo, and back to bed. No bright light, don’t disturb my partner. Awesome!
Very good indeed. Concise and easily understood. I’ve saved this video for future reference. Not many, if any, UA-camrs provide Tips&Tricks insight better than you do. Thank you very much. 👍🏽
I have an apple watch since one month and from time to time watch some videos on youtube about things that I might have missed about the watch. I seen dozens of them but most of them don't get farther than "you can even open the weather app, isn't that amazing???". But yours is the first video that actually had a lot of new tips for me. Thank you!
I love your videos, you’re very good explaining things, but somehow there’s so many commercials, and there very very long ones. It becomes cumbersome to look at. Is there anything you can do to cut down on the commercials and the length?
Thanks for the kind words. The commercials fund this channel. Without those, I'd not be able to afford to make this content, or would have to hide it behind a paywall.
Dude , atleast have basic info on UA-cam commercials. If you dont need youtube commercials , you can go for youtube premium app subscription which dosent give you ads. I am a nurse and one issue i have when i am administering a med over 2-3 min is the face keeps shutting off- i have selected face on all the time but the second hand disappears- what do i do keep it showing? thank you
I saw that "set ahead" feature and I never understood it. Why lie to yourself about the time? I'd rather know what time it was than lie to myself to offset my lazy behavior.
If you have a job where you are kept busy with important meetings and so forth, setting your watch 5 mins ahead helps enormously. It has nothing to do with being lazy but everything to do with making sure you're not late to a meeting because you got a sudden phone call etc. Works for some and not for others but it really isn't about lazy behaviour.
Hi,thanks for all your reviews. Quick question, how do you like the “my three words app”? I like the concept however I haven’t figured a practical use for it, or maybe I just haven’t figured out how to use it practically

one that I'd like to be able to use more reliable is Walkie-Talkie, be handy if I could call her in the other room " where is my tea?" but it just comes back as currently unavailable. or when it does connect, it's just an almost unintelligible noise. Even bought her a more up to date model. Best Dave
I'm exploring if/how I might be able to do it. The challenge is that by it's nature, it's a deeply personal app, and not something I'd be willing to share in a video. I have a 'burner account' for demo videos, which does not contain personal information, but because of this, Journal doesn't run very well on that Apple ID, as the app has nothing to work with. I'll keep exploring options, but I may have to sit this one out.
It was good to see you put the zoom on there as most people do not think about the accessability settings that can help lots of people. and also the haptic time is good a bit like the last point you made for talking time. with hapitc time when the watch is muted using the 2 fingers you get a haptic which tells you the time
