      @@juniorcrandall8933 I’m glad you asked. Did you listen til the end? You can request that only those sellers offering 3% be shown to you. You can also finance it into your loan.

      @@realshaylatwitwhy would one not want to see a house just because the seller isn’t offering a concession. A buyers agent does not need to be paid a percentage of a purchase price, period. With online resources, many buyers are finding their own homes online and all agents are doing is checking boxes.

      Don’t agree to a percentage. Agree to a flat fee or a la cart services. There is no need for a percentage when you can do all the legwork yourself. Why would you finance a commission. Over 30 years that 15k or so will be 50k that you paid someone to check boxes. Find your own home inspector. The bank will provide names for an appraiser. Don’t be fooled by these agents trying to have a nice payday.

      @@mxyfn you’ve always been welcomed to do that and still are. That has never changed. There are discount agents, discount stores, discount services for practically everything.

      @mxyfn there has always been flat fee and discount agents. Speak for yourself on what YOU want. I can assure you not everyone agrees with your sentiments.
      There is a market for discounts. There also a market for white glove services.
      I’m a white glove agent who does everything for my clients. If only you’d walk a mile in my shoes. Maybe then you’d understand. But that’s okay. Like I said there’s a marketplace for every type of realtor. Not all are the same I can also assure you of that.
