Absolutely. That’s what Allies do in war and if you have actionable intelligence and you don’t share it then you don’t want to win the war. I can assure you the US wants Ukraine to win this war and if not pummel the Russian military so it take decades to rebuild it. Their economy will be crap for the foreseeable future because only pariahs and pariah states will deal with them. So extra money for military expenses means they won’t be wealthy and they would rather be wealthy. I think that is the lesson we learned from this Russian army. All the money skimmed off the top for Putin and his cronies cost the average soldier body armor and the equipment preventative maintenance.

According to some captured Russian soldiers near Kyiv in the early day, a lot of their tanks had no electronics, not even radios. Their own comrades stripping their military equipment to feed themselves.
But the US are not in any war, as Secretary of Defense Austin explicitly stated, at least not yet. Neither are Ukraine and the US official allies. So in theory, there is no war the US could want to win. But in reality, the US are embroiled in an undeclared war that bears all the hallmarks of a war except for the direct military action.
The idea that Russia becomes a pariah is wishful thinking. Turkey still wants to buy the S-400, China and India refuse to sanction Russia, as do many of the developing nations. Don´t start talking about Iran and Syria. That is not exactly the situaton of a pariah state.
The Russian economy will take a severe hit, but it won´t be "crap" either, and it will recover after some time. It will find ways around the embargo and it will find new customers - as it has always been.
That Russian military had no preventive maintenance and no body armour is pure conjecture and at best based on doubtful videos.
But most of that won´t matter for long, as Russia is very likely to switch to full mobilization soon.

It seems the Russian communication hardware are not encrypted. It would be easy for U.S. to eavesdrop and intercept all messages between command and field personnel.

It's encrypted but we can easily break their encryption. I did it personally for 6 years in the US Navy as a Cryptologist.

The Budapest Memorandum is an international treaty signed between Ukraine, the United States, the United Kingdom and Russia. The memorandum refers to Ukraine's nuclear disarmament and provides security guarantees for its independence and integrity. We are honor bound to help them with weapons and intelligence, we would be remiss otherwise. Of course Putin has no honor, instead of defending them he's attacking.

Agreed, let’s remember British assistance in intel, weapons and training of Ukrainians in modern multi-platforms and coordination of military assets. The Brits are perhaps the very best trainers of foreign military forces in modern battlefield tactics.

The use of decoys in wartime is a great tactical move. Ukraine must have more of these to give the Russians a lesson that they do not always call the shots, even if they have superior firepower. :)

Military intelligence is crucial to any war, and this war is not exception. It is force multiplier in battle field. Russia has superior intelligence capability to Ukraine's. But US has far superior capability to Russia in intelligence. So Ukraine force can fight with intelligence advantage over Russian force.

I did 6 years in the US Navy as a cryptologist breaking Russian coded messages and to a much lesser extent, Chinese messages. Whatever encryption the Russians use we can break it. Our instructor in crypto school told us about how good the NSA is. A group of American civilian encryption experts got together and developed an encryption they said couldn't be decrypted. Several agencies around the world tried to break it but none could. It was deemed the teal deal, unbreakable. Afterwards, the NSA asked if they could have a shot at it. They broke it in 15 minutes. Every decrypted Russian message was sent to the NSA and the analysis sent to appropriate heads. Some of what we did was classed as US/UK eyes only. Alot of what we did was shared with the Brits and visa versa.
And add Australian Intel and vice versa to that as well...

1)they seize a portion of ukraine thigh enough that's difficult to take back, claim it as victory over his "initial objective" and retreat the rest of the spread army. That's why Kherson is being pushed so hard into a puppet regime bare weeks after being occupied.
2) russia army suffers an utter defeat and is unquestionably repelled. Long term possible outcome with a ton of destruction and death among both sides. Russia shatters and both sides are sent back 100 years in their progress

Zelensky has three private jets I don't know if they are using those or they have something else but he's ready to leave. But you know maybe he won't. You are not doing anything. This is just the usual US "glory" propaganda. "Look at us, we are saving the world". They portray it in their movies, they portray it via their ex-generals. It's a vainglory. The reality on the ground is Ukraine will go down if Zelensky doesn't act appropriately. Once Ukraine is down, the US will find another story of " Zelensky refused to follow a lead we gave him and that was what led to the failure". Then they will make a documentary on it and the rest is down to intellectuals to separate their propaganda from reality.
It seems the Russian communication hardware are not encrypted. It would be easy for U.S. to eavesdrop and intercept all messages between command and field personnel.

All they are doing is looking at their satelite and telling Ukraine on the ground, the high concentration density of Russian soldier. That is not anything new. The Russians can also see the concentration density of Ukrainian soldiers. Other than that, the West has no clue what Putin is planning. This is not some country in Asia or Africa, the West can fly into with their SEAL and claim some smooth victory.
