For those thinking on buying the Shark NV360, here is my advice wait for Black friday 2020. Kohl’s is gonna be selling it for $99 dollars. And you still getting $15 Kohl’s Cash, plus you still can get 15% off with a coupon code online. Thats a great deal! 👍🏽
I was amazed at how wobbly this vacuum cleaner is just standing still. I bought it because an internet site rated it highly, but it can't vacuum the carpet under my bed. The Lift Away "technology" is apparently just meant to help tools reach drapes, not meant to allow the (powerless) floor nozzle to slide under furniture.
I had a Shark UV560 for a few years and just recently purchased A Navigator NV360. The 360 is so inferior it's maddening. I wish I had seen this review prior to purchase because it's spot on. The NV 360 CONSTANTLY tips over when using the wand alone. The crevasse tool DOESN'T reach into crevasses. The onboard tool adapter DOESN'T keep the tools onboard; they fall off. The hose is so freaking short, it doesn't make sense. The one thing not mentioned here is that the NV 360 will absolutely NOT be able to be used on throw rugs--even with the suction turned as far down as it can be adjusted and the brush-roll off. And the attachments I had purchased for the 560 do not fit this vacuum. If someone had a home that was all wall-to-wall carpets this vacuum might work, however I would not recommend it.
Could you please clarify for me: Since there is no power at the end of the handle on the NV360, this means it would NOT pick up debris like cat litter if the handle was put directly against the floor? I’m confused about this. Thank you for any help you can give.
The suction is too strong even when I turn the flow dial. This makes it a very strong task to clean carpet even a strong guy like me has difficulty. How do I make the vacuum raise up higher so that I'm not pushing so hard to clean?
Did anyone else experience a persistent whistle or ringing while using their device? I purchased mine a month ago and checked every inch for debris, finding nothing, but I still deal with the noise.
The sharks with duo clean (the 2 rollers) do awesome on hard floors. I have a shark rocket that I LOVE. I recently got a navigator lift away that just has one brush roll and the difference is huge. But I love the new one for my carpet because it's the one that removes hair from the brush while it's working and it's AMAZING. I don't know if they have duo clean and zero-m (the anti- hair wrap) on the same model yet, but I bet you'd seriously love that vac if it exists! Otherwise go for the duo clean!
My least favorite thing about this vacuum is canister has a plastic strip catches stuff like hair and has to be cleared by hand to get it out of the canister.
I just got it as well and I like it you can’t beat it for the price and you gotta keep in mind that the brush roller is on with the other vacums if you want to pick up more debri put that on
This vacuum cleaner loves to fall over, and when it falls over, it falls over on something nice that you didn’t want dented, like a guitar. It’s designed to be used with the hose, which is the klutziest contraption I’ve ever seen; the hose shrinks under suction, and the whole stupid thing becomes awkward. the attachments get stuck in the end. You might have to break it to get the tool out. so I quit using the Lyft away and the hose and just use it for broad areas which it will vacuum OK and I got a Dyson v8, which works well for 540 seconds which is all the use to get out of the battery on high, as if anybody would put a vacuum cleaner on low suction mode
I hate this thing and wish I'd never bought it. Only good for regular vacuuming forget getting under anything or doing edges, etc. So misleading, hate hate hate it.
Thank you for your reviews. They are all extremely helpful!! I need to purchase a new vacuum and find your review a real help. Thanks again!

I have the NV360 and I still use the brushroll on my tile I feel like it grabs debri better than without it

The one I purchased will not roll on my carpet. I was told my carpet was to high or thick. I had to return it
When you fire up the vacuum and the aliens transmissions start flying out.

I live in Arizona and got this today for $109 the one thing I noticed is it's very heavy
I bought my Shark Navigator Lift-Away DLX Upright about a month ago. I think I bought the wrong vac. I am sad.
Why? Not enough suction?
The Paul Harrell of vacuum reviewers.
Agreed
My NV360 is very hard to push on carpet.
Very helpful and thorough. Great stuff!
Thank you. Your review is very helpful.

Everyone has their own opinion
NAVIGATOR LIFT-AWAY DELUXEV to clean the roller is next to impossible
Same
For the model number having 360 in it's name, it should definitely turn in a circle better. Not this...🛑
Oh, stop saying, "zed". You're saying that, so why aren't you saying, "vac-u-um cleaner". Silly. Update: Ah...BC, right?
