How To Solve Shared Folder Can't Access Problem on Windows

In this video I am trying to show you how to fix You Can't Access This Shared Folder Because Your Organization's Security Policies Block Unauthenticated Guest Access.

I have a problem. After setting everything up, when I use net use to connect to the shared folder, I encounter system error 3227320323 has occurred.

2.enable file and printer sharing
3.give security permission
4.enable file sharing support in windows features
5.checkn file share service
