You’re a great cook! 🩷 my kids don’t like mashed potatoes either 😂 they don’t know what they’re missing out on lol I’m always out of meal ideas but now I have some good ones! We love sloppy joes! I used to buy canned sauce until I realized I could do things myself 😂 measure with your heart for sure! I’m Italian and we do that lol!

I use tumeric all the time the same way. I found a Middle Eastern store that sells large containers. It is great for inflammation, cancer and immune system.
The homemade hamburger helper is a game changer in my house. Last weekend, I made the meatball version of the Mississippi roast. The kids & I loved it (my one daughter said it reminded her of Salisbury steaks). My husband wasn't a fan but he still ate it 😂.
Those were so good! I need to prep up some more meatballs in my freezer, so I can make that again!
Give corn with dill a try. I can't tell you why but it's fantastic.
I must admit charred Brussels are delicious! All the fam here prefers them that way. Great idea with the Mississippi meatballs! And that creamy chicken pesto looked amazing! ❤

Nice recipes! I never thought of mashed cauliflower. It looks intriguing will half to try it. We love roasted veggies one of our favorites. We love throwing potatoes in with our veggies sometimes.
