New subscriber. These dump and go recipes looked great! I bought a rotisserie chicken and made the two chicken recipes. Only other ingredient I had to buy was the orzo. Both turned out wonderfully! They are keepers for sure and ill probably gift them to friends and family who need a meal brought in during hard times. I added large chopped chunks of red onion and green peppers to the Greek recipe. Served with pita and a garlic feta dip that I like more than tzatziki. Fantastic meal!
I have to leave out the sundried tomatoes in oil (WAAAAAA. Allergy!!) but the Orzo and Chicken dish is still so good even without it. Sometimes I use roasted red pepper soaked in oil as a replacement. Not the same, but ok. When you have to, you just adjust. Yours is beautiful to behold.
Kelsey I'm happy to tell you that I cooked the creamy chicken and orzo and your Greek chicken and rice casseroles this week and they were absolutely delicious! thank you for the clear video and the recipes written out to. my husband wants them on our monthly rotation of dinners now ❤🎉❤
Cooking the chicken and orzo now! Was easy to assemble. Smells and looks company worthy! I've never had orzo before! Thank you for this recipe in particular.
New subscriber! I clicked while watching you break down the roasted chicken. I used to work in a local mom and pop restaurant and one of my first jobs was pulling roasted chicken meat off bones for chicken salad. Its a great hand moisturizing job! Looking forward to exploring your channel!
I love these recipes! So easy to duplicate! I’m just finished today on a three day saga of turning 25 pounds of frozen cranberries from Azure Standard into cranberry juice. I have some chicken I cooked before the saga that I’m going to toss together that Greek meal and pop it in to the oven. Thank you, Kelsey! ❤
I love watching you make meals and prepare for your family. I’m making ketchup today. Tomorrow canning up more chicken and hamburger. I think I’m addicted to canning. My husband says that I’m always canning. Everything looked so yummy! Definitely going to try all of them.
All I can say is YUM! I do not cook every night either. We are also leftover eater and most meals find their way into hubby’s lunch as well. These recipes evoke fall to me which is a time of year I do love. Thank you Kelsey for sharing. I hope you’re doing well. Have a wonderful weekend.
These all looks so delicious. I’m so glad you showed that you freeze dried the taziki sauce. I need to do this while I’m still getting cucumbers. Thanks for sharing everything. ❤
Awesome as usual Kelsey! Whenever I look back into my saved videos... Almost all of them are your videos bc you make some of the best meals and I plan on going through them all again and write them down 🙂🥰 Oh, and your hair looks adorable!! 👍
Hi Kelsey. I’m a new Subscriber and I’m so happy that I came across your channel. These dinners look absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for sharing 🍂🍁
These look delicious. I am figuring out how to adjust them to my needs as I am diabetic and can't have rice, but I think they can work with cauliflower rice if I decrease the amount of liquid. Thanks for the inspiration.
I love the Harvest Loaves because you use what ever fruit or vegetables you have on hand. You can substitute for apples; 2 cups shredded carrots & 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind. or 2 cups shredded zucchini squash or 2 cups shredded sweet potatoes. HARVEST LOAVES - APPLE RAISIN LOAVES Mom's Favorite Recipes Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cups chopped unpeeled apples 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp.Vanilla Ingredients: 3 1/3 cup flour 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. ground cloves, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2/3 cup chopped nuts, 2/3 cup raisins Recipe instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans 9 x 5 x 3 inchs. Beat eggs, oil, apples, sugar and vanilla; on low speed. Add everything else. Pour into loaf pans. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Refrigerate left over bread. Can substitute for apples; 2 cups shredded carrots & 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind. or 2 cups shredded zucchini squash or 2 cups shredded sweet potatoes.
I adore orzo. I make a similar dish to the one you made. It is also excellent with Italian sausage. Also, if you have never used chickpea rice, it cooks up just like orzo, has no discernible flavor difference, and is higher in protein and fiber. It is one of my favorite products of the last few years. Jusf be mindful of the brand you buy because chickpeas are heavily sprayed and can be very high in glyphosates.
Spent way too much time searching for amounts of ingredients in the Greek recipe…. finally gave up. The other recipes looked lovely je something I would like to try. Thank you
I made the chicken orzo bake last night and my family really enjoyed it. I was glad that I went back and rewatched that portion of the video because there are a few things different than the written recipe. The written recipe says to bake at 425, but in the video you said 400. Also, you used more chicken in the video than the recipe calls for. I roasted a pint of grape tomatoes instead of using sun dried, and probably twice as much spinach as you used. I also used a gluten free orzo. It turned out great!
I don't have tomato soup or cream of mushroom. Thinking about trying tomato sauce and ranch possibly?! Have you ever subbed the cream of mushroom with anything else?
These all look wonderful and easy! I'm wanting to try that beef stew as I've never seen it cooked this way before and it looks so delicious and I can almost smell it from here. Little man is sure growing - looks older and keeps getting cuter! Do you miss the tractors and bulldozers in your flour? LOL
Thank u. I don't like tomatoes on my pot roast meals, so I do Homemade Lipton Onion Soup, this is for Crockpot as I work, I use Chuck Roast, Beef Broth (I make so 2 Cups), 1 pack of onion soup mix, or if you make 1/3 cup Carrots, Onions (chopped), Garlic, both Minced and Powder, Onion Powder, Little salt and Pepper and if I have time in the am, I brown the meat. I cook for one so you do you and I must have Mashed Potatoes with a pot roast meal and then veggies of choice. Thicken the Stock for gravy. Nothing like making in a pot on the stove, but since I am working I come home to a great smelling house. Not a Fan of tomatoes in my Pot Roast, but just me. May God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit Bless your Family. Thank you
I got mine from a stand at the homesteaders of America conference! I’m not sure what the company was called though. I know ballerina farms has one with good reviews!
I have for the past 6 years with no real success. Each year we get hit with the allium leaf miner and they pretty much decimate 85 percent of my crop. I’ve tried everything to protect them and it’s just not working.
Sometimes! We drive an hour to church so we often stop for a bite to eat on the way home. If I make food after church it’s about 2:30 until it’s ready so lunch is often at a local restaurant and then dinner is leftovers or a snack plate ☺️
just found you the other day and love your recent video's and I have been dealing much of the same things. My only thing I don't like is when I am sent to the website for the recipes. Stop the pop ups and auto play it slows down the site and please have the ingredients at the top I hate searching for the ingredient lists. You are in my prayers, a sister in Christ.
You really need to wash the rice and other grams before you use them….. you do know that there is a good deal of arsenic in rice ?and you have to wash it five times to get it cleaner. ……in regards to leftovers I need to tell you that vegetables do not retain their vitamin value and although I understand the American way of life in which you do not cook every day, eating old vegetables will only make you sick. If not now , later.. your casseroles look very delicious with the exception of your canned peas.
The orzo chicken casserole is amazing!! Thank you for sharing!! 😋
Your family is so lucky to have such an amazing person in their life. Thank you for being you!

Just made the chicken orzo bake tonight. It's delicious! And SO easy to throw together. Definitely need more meals like this - thank you!

Oh that’s a bummer! Totally understand though. I often have to substitute for my own sensitivities ❤️
Love the first meal but they all look fantastic.
Thank you! (I also verrrryyyy much appreciate that your videos aren't constantly laced with sponsors :D)

Yay! Enjoy ☺️
Just got GF orzo from Azure so looking forward to making this. Thanks!
A couple of things, I'm not a dark meat eater but your chicken looks delicious. I'm laughing about reusing foil because I do that all the time also.
I don't have tomato soup or cream of mushroom. Thinking about trying tomato sauce and ranch possibly?! Have you ever subbed the cream of mushroom with anything else?

I hope you enjoy! I know! He is so big already, I can’t believe it. The dump trucks and excavators still come out to help 😉
I hate the food noises but love the food
Do you have the recipe for your tomato soup? It looks so yummy 😋
The beef stew looks so good. Can u list ur homemade tomato soup recipe?
All three meals look delicious. Have you ever substituted kale or something else for the spinach in the first dish? We’re not spinach lovers

I've been wanting to ask where you purchased the bread knife you often use in your videos. The one with the wood in a bow shape.
I got mine from a stand at the homesteaders of America conference! I’m not sure what the company was called though. I know ballerina farms has one with good reviews!
I'm number 15 to like this video.... 3rd to comment and I have shared. Hugs from Esquimalt
Hi sweet friend ❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️
Can we do the cream of mushroom with oat milk?
I’ve never tried but don’t see why not!
What size baking dish do you use.
9x13 ☺️

??is your rosemary whole or crushed?
Question: You don’t grow garlic at all?
I have for the past 6 years with no real success. Each year we get hit with the allium leaf miner and they pretty much decimate 85 percent of my crop. I’ve tried everything to protect them and it’s just not working.
You mean you don’t make a special Sunday lunch or dinner after church ? I am surprised you have leftovers for that day
Sometimes! We drive an hour to church so we often stop for a bite to eat on the way home. If I make food after church it’s about 2:30 until it’s ready so lunch is often at a local restaurant and then dinner is leftovers or a snack plate ☺️
I’m not seeing the recipe for your homemade freeze dried taziki sauce?
Sorry about that! All fixed now ☺️
Where is the homemade cream of mushroom recipe?
The first recipe looks like "Marry Me Chicken" but way less work!
just found you the other day and love your recent video's and I have been dealing much of the same things. My only thing I don't like is when I am sent to the website for the recipes. Somehow "dumping" doesn't sound like an appetising recipe or method. Kind of deterred me TBH.
