This is exactly why Dr. Russell said that she didn't opined that it was a German shephard, but most likely a big dog. This great woman is overqualified to be testify in this case, and should be able to talk about all John's injuries and her opinions about it. That lawyer Brianna you had on the livestream day 17 of the first trial, explained it......
I keep hearing Bev's " I'll allow it " and seeing AJ folding his arms when objecting to the verdict forms. I can't see that changing second time around, but I'd love to be wrong.
Sadly, Chloe suffered the same fate as JOK, at the hands of the McAlberts. Regardless of the CW's explanation as to the scratches, neither side would be able to use the dog bite angle for much, other than to negate that the scratches being caused by a broken taillight. The ONLY DOG that KR and TB need to be concerned about is MC DONOUGH, and his dog crap sidekick NICK FIORILLO, who are feverishly working behind the scenes, allegedly with Levy, to broker some sort of deal so that McD and POS FIORILLO can stay true to their vow to "destroy TB." Neither of these schmucks care about the potential damage to KR in the process, this is a "macho" grudge match of the worst kind!
What makes this hard is that nobody can even definitively identify that whatever dog they might produce is actually Chloe. A lot of German Shepherds look pretty much the same and will have similar bite characteristics.
And no one can tell the race of dog either, maybe why the CW won't battle the injuries but goes with a dog behaviorist instead, to say Chloe was a good boy who wouldn't bite
So they wouldn't be able to tell the difference scientifically between say a shark bite mark and a human bite mark??? Ok then ... I'm NOT going to go with that 🤣🤣
@thebrokenbaker oh for sure. It would be near impossible to determine which shark of similar size and species made the bite mark. I was just being my sarcastic self and having a joke with my first comment 🥳
That can if it exist, they were supposed to get all acces to Chloe in the last trial. But there is no reason, it's BS evidence, as you can't match teeth marks to a specific dog, skin is too elastic and teeth are not like fingerprints
Dr. Awesome Lady said Animal bitemarks were unreliable. Past behavior predicts the future though, no behaviorist could deny Chloe was an attacker. I have come to believe a "dog bite expert" does not exist.
I get crap for this all the time, but in my opinion, something happened in the house to John. From the first time I saw the arm injury, I said those are from a dog.
The arm was why I started watching the trial, never saw that in car accidents. And I have had them in court, been in one, did some cleanup after a few in Bosnian
Given the previous shenanigans in this trial I wouldn't put it past them to put 'Chloe' on the stand with an animal translator.
They have NO FACTUAL EVIDENCE that Karen hit John with a car or hurt him in any way.
@@pamswilder51 exactly, zip, nada, none.
I agree with yall, Chloe is no longer with us, and if they do have a dog..how do we know that is Chloe..just cause they say?

Seriously, Chloe the dog is no longer living….feom Hawaii
So now they are admitting, that these are bitemarks?!
we don't know, they just filed something about a dog
@@thebrokenbaker I tried to read between the lines, but there is too much snow. :D
Lemme grab the snowblower for you. @@Zimmy123

The confounder in this whole case is Aunty Bev. Science has no place in her courtroom, don't you know?
Well interrogatory Appels is a problem for her

i agree she deserves all the money. Yes it was snowing, noone sawing anything, so it was a yeti.
What makes this hard is that nobody can even definitively identify that whatever dog they might produce is actually Chloe. A lot of German Shepherds look pretty much the same and will have similar bite characteristics.
Ahhh, there IS a way to prove it's not the original Chloe.
And no one can tell the race of dog either, maybe why the CW won't battle the injuries but goes with a dog behaviorist instead, to say Chloe was a good boy who wouldn't bite
They can not connect a particular dog to a particular attack but she is ok opine on the origen of the arm wounds.
Exactly, a dog or dog like animal, but no one can say it wasn't Chloe
So they wouldn't be able to tell the difference scientifically between say a shark bite mark and a human bite mark??? Ok then ... I'm NOT going to go with that 🤣🤣
No, that not what i said, but you can't say if the white shark is Bruce from finding Nemo or Brucie from Jaws
@thebrokenbaker oh for sure. It would be near impossible to determine which shark of similar size and species made the bite mark. I was just being my sarcastic self and having a joke with my first comment 🥳
Can the defense obtain a study model of Chloe's teeth?
That can if it exist, they were supposed to get all acces to Chloe in the last trial. But there is no reason, it's BS evidence, as you can't match teeth marks to a specific dog, skin is too elastic and teeth are not like fingerprints
Ty this is what I was saying to try to specify the specific dog is inadmissible. Basic generalities is fine.
Oh, I was hoping it was a Baker News Break. The filing says Chloe existed in 2021, that's about it.
Dr. Awesome Lady said Animal bitemarks were unreliable. Past behavior predicts the future though, no behaviorist could deny Chloe was an attacker. I have come to believe a "dog bite expert" does not exist.
Well they do exist, just like body language experts, and just as reliable
Thanks for sharing this interesting news and good morning from Virginia. 💙
Good Morning, from the Netherlands 💜👋🇳🇱
So far Hank has done nothing but help the defense, lol
You want a German shepherd? Heck I can get you one by noon if someone comes up with a general location.
@marissa would love another dog
Chloe is not a Pug!
Sorry Baker, I was doing this thing called sleeping 💤
Great show with Kathy!
Sleep? Never tried it
😆
This is just like markings on a bullet!!
Yup, utter BS
Devil's advocate here. That article you read specified. HUMAN bite marks..... No ruling on dog or animal bite marks? Just a thought.
It's the same science, just like the BS toolmarks is not on pistols and shotguns, teeth are teeth, skin is skin

Ohhh Baker Breaking News!!!!!
No, more an explanation to combat rumors
@thebrokenbaker Breaking the news. Rumours are news until they're debunked. Then they become new news
But it's an animal
Well if they admit that, then their theory from the first trial is bust
Car bite analysis is less developed as a discipline than animal bite analysis 🤣
