Nothing in this game is more dangerous than a level 10-15 team mate. No good combat sense yet, but they're starting to get all the big, fun, explosive toys. It's a shit show lol
Its one of the major reasons to move up to 6 or 7 difficulty. Basically everyone with zero combat sense bails on those back down to 4 or 5. Even though you pretty much have all the tools needed by 15 to do them.
