Overall this is good but I have a concern,
Why would you use red color in the subtitle ? Because you see the visibility is also bad because of the red. And the greater part is that Starbucks doesn't have any important relation with that pitch red color !

I am not using any guidelines. These are generic designs. Red is complementing overall green.
