Pierce guys, this was truly a very nice video and tour of just one of your many apparatus plants, beautiful trucks and an outstanding staff of builders, thanks for sharing...👌🏽👍👍🔥🚒👏
Awesome tour of the facility Mississauga fire department in Ontario Canada went from Canadian made trucks to Pierce fire trucks many other departments in Canada are also buying these products especially in Ontario
Very cool. I find it fascinating that besides cheese Wisconsin has several fire truck manufacturing companies, Pierce is just one of many in Wisconsin. I've looked but can't find any other state with more fire truck manufacturing businesses.
How many people become "lost" in Graphics when they see the endless possibilities, or does the customer already know what graphics they want on their truck? Either way, it's pretty neat.
Any trucks have video cameras onboard ? Now adays you see a lot of truck in route to scene or at scene recording fire events as they unwind for investigations
Either by flatbed or they can be driven to the fire department. My old pastor years ago used to make extra cash by driving fire trucks across the USA & then fly home. I remember he had to deliver a truck to Iowa back in 2008 & I followed him in his car there to bring him back.
Mississauga is buying engines rescue engines/Squads Ladder trucks 4 rescue squads and a hazmat unit the rescue pumpers are generally used for Car accidents as a rescue and the rescue squads are for heavy rescues like rope trench and confined space those types of rescues
Fire departments need vehicles with airport apprentice water canons on front. I've watched numerous fires on youtube (including truck/trailer hauling hay) that could be put out short time with airport water canons. With standard engines and crews it often looks like "keyston cops) trying to put a fire out....They would be very effective on structure fires as well....We've seen tugboats with water canons ..Very effective!
Wow, that golf leaf artist was really impressive. Who knew they were still doing that by hand. A true artisan

Great video. How do they get them delivered to the fire departments?
They can be delivered, or reps from the fire department can come out and pick them up in person at the factory.

I have an interview today. Fingers crossed that I get a job working with non obsolete machinery. With materials that aren't as cheap as possible.

Such a stupid idea.
It is also a great way to destroy a building.
Do you have any idea how much more that would add on to an already expensive fire truck?
