1) Drink water according to weight : Weight * 40 = W ml
2) Avoid non veg & high protein food
3) Shun excessive salt & sugar
4) Adopt hydrating drinks like coconut water, Sattu, Buttermilk & others
5) Include citrus fruits and watermelon
6) Optional : Potassium citrate mixed with water

Hello sir ,I am from Assam age 40., I get moderate pain(bearable) on left side of my abdomen and left testis simultaneously sometimes for last one and half months.I got consulted with urologist who advised me to get USG(KubP),blood test (Rft,Na+,k+, cbc) and Urine test(R/e and C/s) , all tests showed negative report, but my pain haven't ward off,I am worried.I would be obliged if you help me as you are good doctor (urologist).
