Why is everyone commenting on the video quality - that is not what makes this footage incredible. The technique, the determination, the nerves and luck -- the back-tire slipping for the 3rd rider at the very end of the loopback near 1:16 to make it without a scratch -- is what is incredible.

This is great footage. What I don't understand is, for first 40 seconds or so, of the video the camera is perfectly still. Yet all the riders are moving. Why isn't Mavic tracking them?

I j just got a Mavic to bring MTB and want a case small enough to put in the Camelbak but tough enough to handle a real fall. What do you use? Heading to Gooseberry Mesa in March for the 1st time and seems like a great location for the Mavic.
Sold the Mavic Pro awhile ago but it's still a solid drone and I'd highly recommend it. DJI also just released the Mavic Air and they are supposedly coming out with a Mavic Pro 2 in the Spring or Summer. Don't even bother with the Spark though...it's garbage.
what settings did you use for the mavic? Dlog? I'm getting Mine soon and those settings look pretty good. I'm also in AZ and the red rocks look great in the video.
This was one of the first flights on the Mavic so we left it in Auto mode and set the color profile to "None". Color correction was done afterwards in Adobe Premiere Pro.
