Not that I’d ever ride this insane stuff, but you inspired me to buy a set of Vittoria Mazzas for my hardtail and I love these tires. Great achievement by the way, keep it up 👍
looks like your endorsement is working as they are mostly sold out atm. Always nice to be able to watch someone the same height and weight as me with way more skills by the way 👍
Loved that you shared how a rider at your level can still be intimidated and how you took the steps to overcome it. We can all gain great perspective from this video when trying to conquer our own challenges. Thanks and well done!
@@JeffLenoskyTrailBoss haha indeed! And for us average size guys, the white line is still terrifying! Never gonna do it, but had a cringe worthy blast watching your experience! Loving your content my dude!

I almost died, but then it was so easy I got a Local Legend on Strava. You're a beast, keep the vids coming. I really need to vacation in Sedona, but not sure I'll ride that.
I want to ride in Sedona one day, but White Line is not nor will never be on my list of trails to try. I am 54 yrs old, but I don't have near the skills you do. The scariest trail I have ridden is Portal Loop in Moab back in 1994 by myself. I would try that one again if I ever make it back to Moab.
@@JeffLenoskyTrailBoss I am sure it's more so nowadays with all the erosion from so much traffic since 1994. Some of the videos I watch of the Portal look more treacherous than I remember
That is some of the best footage of that trail, showing the perspective of how steep it is. I haven't ridden it but have looked up at it from Chicken Point after riding the Pigs Loop and Highline. It's a steeper drop off than it shows on video but your footage and drone shots do the best job I ve seen
Great vid, you captured the scariness well, here. The vertical, turnaround point really is a mind-over-matter moment. When you were riding it I couldn't help but fixate on the beyond point, no good! Happy Birthday, too! Used to have a Giant STP and became a fan of yours when I learned that was your ride.
Great camera work. I’ve seen a bunch of white line videos and they usually don’t capture the exposure as well as you did. Congrats on conquering a fear. That route is something crazy.
Well Jeff, it will never be on my checklist because I will never develop your amazing skills on a hardtail, but CONGRATS on a superb accomplishment and equally outstanding video. Kudos!
Awesome! I love your videos. They have helped me big time. I live in Sedona and also a Pink Jeep driver. I was on chx point the day you did this. The tourist were freaking out! Keep up the videos they are well appreciated. If you ever want a pink jeep ride let me know. I have a free one for you and a guest
Astounding! I loved seeing your process, too. I have too little skill and too much anxiety to try something like this, but I enjoy watching others do it. I am sure it must have been so much been by time number five with all that confidence going strong.
The rare “cool” trail that I have no interest in ever trying. I’m old enough that I’ll never do most of them anyway, but I wish I could ride stuff like Whistler and Kamloops or even Poison Spider, but this one doesn’t appeal to me at all. Good job conquering your fear though. My 50th thing was a half marathon in Hawaii (which I had to limp through with a pulled hamstring.)
Damn congrats sir you don’t look your age let alone hitting massive jumps like fort him. Great inspiration to know that I can and will be still riding my mountain bike when I am your age cheers happy riding
Not gonna lie man, I clinched a bit when you made that first loop. Congrats on making it that's a hell of a fear factor loop on camera, can't imagine in person.
Jeff, happy 50th birthday! You completed your rite of passage. Unlike all the other videos I've seen on this, yours fits into your theme of constantly giving guidance and instruction to others-- even while riding it. I can't say that this is the most wise location to provide guidance for others. It was definitely unique that you did it six or seven times. That seems par for the course, knowing you are a trials guy. I suppose you can cross that off the list, but your comments about your comfort level after having done it, concern me that you would go back and attempt it again with confidence that can only get you in trouble. I'd say this video was enough. Glad to see you survived and hope you don't bother with it again. I'd much rather continue to watch your adventures than hear about your "last" adventure. I met you in Sedona and rather not learn that is where you met death. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Jeff, thanks for sharing your experience on the "White Line." I will be heading to Sedona mid September, however; not the White Line. Blue skies, Jg
200+ comments and no one mentions the obvious 'Evolve' throwback reference?! For SHAME! Only OG Lenosky fans remember! Thanks for the trials inspiration Jeff!!!
“And then I rode it over and over…” Think maybe there’s something in there on how to up one’s game…. Hardtail a nice touch. Maybe on the road bike next for real cred? Beautiful scenery of course …
its amazing how not scary this looks in videos, so when I visited sedona i went just to look at it in person cause i knew it would look way worse and I didnt even want to walk it its so sketchy
I would expect a pile of skeletons at the bottom. I'm 70 yrs. old and I still ride some techy stuff but White Line is too sketch for me. Good job Jeff!
A full suspension bike doesn't just make the ride smoother, it's primary job I'd too keep the wheels on the ground and give you more traction. It could have helped.
Sod that my hands were sweaty just watching this i will stick to the rock gardens of the UK thank you very much but huge respect to you and any one doing that and surviving.
