    Can't find any Tools in the navbar in Midjourney, such as DICTIONARY and STYLES, not able to see or click on OPEN DOWNLOAD either. Can somebody offer a good explanation or tell how to get it?

      Theyve been changing the interface. You may be able find some of those on your phone when browsing the site tho

    @Wade McMaster Can you do a bulk download only from one of your servers? Imaging you have few servers, and you want to download only from one server. Thank you

      I'm pretty sure all my generations, regardless of discord server, end up there for bulk download.

    hello :)
    when I open my profile on Midjourney, on the home page interface I don't have a 'TOOLS' section like you mention on your video, so I can't find 'dictionary' 'styles' etc. was it removed in the new version? thanks a lot :)

    Great video to help people get started. The one thing I would mention about "relaxed mode" is that it starts to throttle significantly if you get into what one of the team members (DavidH) calls "maximum relax" user status. There have been a few users reporting images taking up to ten plus mins to complete. David did show a graph and say that the average is around 4 mins but that is not calculated on v3 vs something like testp which seems to take more time. SO...while the plan is unlimited the more you use it combined with the server traffic, a person could run into some serious wait times in "relaxed mode"

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  2 роки тому

      I had absolutely no idea about that! Haha that does explain why ive waited a little longer at times buts its never bothered me (and still nit been that long). Thank you so much for sharing that! Thats great info.

      @@JLaren Yeah it's not super consistent during those stages. I imagine as the company grows things will improve. But yeah I had one day where I just left it entirely as it didn't seem to want to work. It'd be hard establishing this kind of service I'd imagine considering their servers do all of the work.

      They have been updating the UI, it could be collapsed on the side, or if on phone, the top left icon with the 3 lines brings it up. The phone UI does have more options, you can just resize your browser window until that icon appears and click through that way. I hope that's helpful!

    Thanks for the tips.
    I have noticed that the program does a way better job when it gives you the 4 variants compared to upscaling.
    Often times the small images have really diverse, exciting details, and then some kind of uniformisation happens when you upscale - often you lose interesting details and textures, and everything goes in the same direction. Faces also lose some character, and I have found that often times they all become clones of each other, or clones of another well known face from a previous image.
    Sure, there is light upscale but then you lose a ton of quality.
    Honestly, I'd often prefer to simply get a hi-resolution image of the original which is not an option unfortunately.
    Any tipy on that? Thanks!

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  2 роки тому

      Oh good question, ot 100% sure butnyou could try higher quality? Adding --q 2 or --q 4 ?

      I would go to /settings and turn on 'Remix' then you can make variations and change the prompt. I have a video on it here if that helps: ua-cam.com/video/Y3YsZe2nono/v-deo.html

      I use the --test --creative codes andake the aspect ratio 16:9 ( typing --ar 16:9 ) hope that helps! Also when you remaster a wider image it only does one also.

    I have access to midjourney through discord. i go there and use the command line to make images. what is the program you are using in this video. At one point you show how you can get from your program to discord. How do you get to the software you started out with? I feel like I'm missing something. Thanks for the great video.

    After you type --no does every word following that get eliminated or until the next comma?

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  2 роки тому

      That is a good question. Id test it out as i dont know. But i might see what i can figure out. I will state though that these codes typically.go at the end so i would think all words are recognized.

    How did you get the sheep person every time I try to create a sheep in Midjourney it don't work

    • @WadeMcMaster
      @WadeMcMaster  2 роки тому

      I experimented a tonne with this (animals as types of people). Most of the ones I created successfully were with --test - although v4 of the algorithm is awesome.
      But found the most success with (for example)
      "sheep dressed as Shaolin Monk" (animal - dressed as - type of person)
      I then tried art styles by adding things like:
      Ukiyo-e style (or Ukiyo-E 3d Render)
      Realistic 3d Render
      Mortal Kombat style
      samurai style
      Etc
      I hope that helps!

    I'm having problem with my generated videos --video , they won't come as they should, only the stills are there.
    Do you have any idea of how to solve this?
    I get this warning when I click the link "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    NoSuchKey
    The specified key does not exist.

I spent about an hour trying to figure out where you were and why I dont have the tools and styles.. which basically makes most of this helpful video useless.. :( Hate to say it.. because your tuts are so well done.. .. onto the next.. wish I had read the comments before I wasted that hour.. yu need to at least put a notation UP FRONT so folks dont do what I did. :)
