I’ve been doing this exercise once a day for 4 days but I didn’t notice any difference but my mom said my face is looking very slim but she doesn’t know I’m doing this and so I continued and now it is the 6th day and I can literally see my entire face getting slimmer by the day. I love this and I recommend you guys to try this!!!👍😸
i’m going to do this for two weeks day 1: ✅ really red day 2: ✅ kinda hurt, i see no difference yet day 3:✅ i think i see a very slight difference but i do have a rounder face so results with be different for everyone :) OKAY so i’m sorry i forgot that this comment existed but i did keep doing this but stopped yesterday . personally for me i did see a difference especially in my double chin area. i only stopped because my skin started getting really irritated but i highly recommended if your trying to get rid of stubborn fat :D
Omg!! I have been doing this massage before I discover this channel and I have no idea that someone is teaching this. Yes guys it is very effective specially if you apply too much pressure on the bone of the jaw. What I do is that I massage my neck first, pushing all the skin underneath my jaw (upwards). 2nd thing that I do is that I will cover my top lip with my bottom as far as I could and then I am going to look up (tilt my head upwards) as far as I could, and sometimes I push my chin with my hands. And lastly, I use oil when doing this. I use castor oil. Hope it helps you because this massage did help me, in just one day you can see a difference.
Let's do an update: Day 1: Slight difference After Day 3: my jawline is visible. Guys I'm also doing other exercises as well and face massage is for sure. But this exercise is bonus point!

the first exercise REALLY WORKS!!!!! Day 4: ☑ Once again, ontime, my chin feels tighter, but it doesn't look that way yet Day 5: ☑ I'm not sure if this is related to this excercise, or one of the other 2 i'm doing, but I just noticed in a mirror that my cheek fat is now gone! Day 6: ☑ Day 7: ☑ Just one week in, but I can already see huge changes. I don't have a V line yet, but it's way closer than before, from some angles it actually looks like one already. Anyways, this seems to be working well for me, so I plan to continue doing it twice everyday until I get what I want.... Seriously do this along with your normal workout with diet then it shows great results cause fat under chin can be reduced only after doing your workout so after that you can do face excersises along with some massages!

Be careful how you pull the skin cause you can overdo it and end up damaging the fibroblasts.
