I can’t believe it! I was going to ask today if you could show us body posture pictures and what you have to do to get wax out. And you beat me to it! Thanks so much. I really enjoyed that.😊
That's what I like about you Neel. You always aim to do as much as you can to deal with the problem, but primarily you always ensure that the patient is comfortable and has a good experience whilst undergoing the clinical procedure. Bravo. Good man. That is a real audiologist. Do you know, someone could become a theoretical audiologist just listening and learning from you. I have learned so so much. So interesting. But of course a degree level education in audiology and extensive experience are the key to becoming an audiology professional. The ears after all are very sensitive and fragile pieces of human equipment. I am a professional electrical engineer. Who would want to play with 400,000 volts without first understanding in depth what it can do and how to respect it?
Thank you for being so considerate to show us how you have to posture your body. I can see how that would hurt your neck and you would also have to be pretty strong in your non-dominant hand. Your assistant was very lovely by the way. 🩷 The video of the ears that you cleaned were very different than the ones we've seen lately because of just how dry the inner ear can get. Sometimes, I think that's going to be my problem. Not having too much wax or using q-tips but, the outermost part of my internal ear always feels dry to me. We really appreciate you sharing what you do and I hope you know that. 🙂 Have a great day!
You take your time with the patients. I went other day for ear clog for almost two months clogged. I told him that I been watching you and others on UA-cam removing ear wax. He rolled his eyes, he didn't talk and no personality at all. Your patients are lucky lucky 💯. He hurt both of my ears and kinda blame it on me. Thanks for sharing 👍
Also, that suction tube is very loud. Plus that evening after a shower I touched what I could with my towel and it was gold/yellow from my ears, so soon as he got it was unblocked he was done. No cleaning like you do
Neel Thank you and your business development manager for showing the different body postures you have to use when your using different scopes. It seems that it takes alot of upper body strength to continue to hold the instruments in the patients ear, but you look so professional and at ease in your photos. Lorraine Love by the bay ❤️
Lasso, you were trying to lasso the wax. Fun! I know, not educational, but I'm one of the weirdos who enjoys your videos for entertainment, learning, and soothing.
Best source for this content online by far. Thank you to Mr. Raithatha & Co. for providing this service to the public both clinically and in video form.
Another great job there Mr Neel. Do you ever get time to yourself between you're patient's & us viewer's?. The word you were looking for was lasso 😂. Well I know for sure,my night's wouldn't be complete without a proper good piece of my night time viewing without you. As alway's thank you so much. ❤
It's a very hard position to clean the ears of stubborn earwax. Thank you so much for sharing your vlogs. You are such a passionate and gentle Audiologist. Takd care and more power to you.❤
Thank you for this upload, l have watched most of your work and find the information very informative. In addition you never complain about what you are dealing with, which l feel is a compliment to you. I do watch ‘others’ and find it annoying when they complain about the consistency etc as we all face challenges with every job. Your voice is very relaxing which l find almost comforting after a busy day. Take care, keep up the great work.
The photos really put the procedure into perspective for me! I didn’t imagine that setup, office or equipment! Very interesting, Thank you for sharing those photos.
That was a difficult removal Neel, completed with you care, compassion and expertise. Some of the positions you get for removal must at times test your back, neck and arms. 👏❤️
The Welsh guys put a video of them doing the procedure at the end of the usual view. It really helped me to understand how hard this job is also how delicate you need to be.
I cannot thank you enough for all ive learned from you. I had a Grand Mal seizure a few weeks ago which blew open a hole in my ear. Epilepsy Neuro sent me to emergency room and saw blood in my ear. Given floxicin + dexamethasone. Private ent removed thick layer of dried blood and saw scab starting to form over eardrum hole. Knew the right questions to ask because of you. MD said he needed 2 add sodium bicarbonate to soften crust 4 removal. Hearing test in 4 weeks. Have u seen any patients with post epileptic damage to their ear??
Have you considered using a tablet/device holder/stand for the wax scope to free your nondominant hand? You can purchase stands that can be placed on the ground and have accessories that allow you to reconfigure the holder to clamp it to a table etc. So you can achieve any height and angle you require your device to be.
I have been enjoying this stuff since I had an impacted 15 years of wax in my right ear which I had removed and I can’t get enough of this stuff, you are by far the best because I enjoy your clear wax channel as well 👍🙏🏼👊 Chris from New York USA 🇺🇸
Awesome video! It was interesting to see how you position yourself while working. Perhaps in all your designing new tools you could come up with something that you could rest your arm/s on to help relive the stress some. Thanks for sharing with us!
I never knew just how much dry skin you could have in 1 ear let alone 2. It was, just like you described it "like glass" rubbing against the wall of the ear's when removing it. It was great to see all the different way's you had to sit using you're ❤instrument's,no wonder you ache both during & after procedure's. I doubt you get time for a relaxing bath to ease all that tension that's built up. Thank Q for taking time to upload these video's they are so interesting & educational too. You have a great many people who you touch through you're channel I myself being 1 of them, for you're dedication not only to you're patient's but to us who find you're work interesting & informative. ❤
That was very interesting - your showing how you use the three different instruments during your procedures. You must be very sore In your neck, back, and arms after a day’s work! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge. I wish I lived in the UK - I would definitely see you. 👍😊
It was very interesting to see the different positions of the patient for the different devices you use. Though I'm not sure why you don't have some sort of stand right near the patients head/ear when you use the WAXscope so you don't need to hold it the screen the whole time.
At the 9:26 mark that build up of dried crusted skin almost looks like a canal cholesitoma starting to form. Could that be the case if it was left without treatment.
Hello, I went to my family doctor 4 years ago and she used a peroxide flush to clean my right ear. I have had dizzy spells since. I’ve gone to an ENT and passed a hearing test and a vertigo test. I’ve gone to the neurologist and have had an MRI of my brain and a CT on my brain. Diagnosed with complex migraines but I’m not always having a migraine with my dizziness. It sucks because it feels like the floor is going out from beneath me.
Your the best in the business .. hands down . I've been watching your videos for awhile.. If they offered these services here in the US I would gladly train under your guidance.. Good day sir.
Hi there, saw several of these videos now and in some of them patients have this keratosis(?) grade 1-4 with the widening of the ear canal and i was curious, is the widerning permanent damage or does it go back to the way it was eventually? Sadly don't have the medical lingo to use google for that apparantly lol.
Every ear was interesting. However I loved the pics of you and the positions you have to be in, to be able to use the different tools. From a comment earlier, you really are quite handsome. ❤ keep safe.
❤❤❤❤❤ Thank for sharing I did like the video because I seen with you head and neck up against the stand and a more relax position.. where you went from uncomfortable to relax. Finding different positions when working. When working different positions are better and it brings out a great outcome for successful work as you do. I think you are great with experience and a job well done. Love all your videos. You ROCK! Certainly.
Do the hearing aids prevent the skin from flaking? If my memory serves me correctly, it should have flaked by now…. And Neel, you must have to get regular massages or body adjustments. I couldn’t imagine being in any of those postures for a significant amount of time!😊
Hay there, not sure if you are reading comments at all but I have a question (maby very stupid one) regardin the photos at the end of the video. I've always immagined that you have your patients laid down on the side and you sitting and leaned over their ear, you know like when you trying to draw something and be precise. Positions in these pictures looks awfully uncomfortable and strenuous on your body and I can't imagin that this helps to have a full control over your hands when performing precise mouvements (especially doing this for a long time in a one take). Is this the only way to do it or is this how you do it? are there any other ways? I can imagine it can also be harder for a patient to stay perfectly still in such position. Don't you think it's more unlikely for a patient to make a sudden movement when in lateral recumbent position?
To be that small in the ear hole, those tools must be 1-2 ml wide I’m guessing? The camera makes it all look so big but I have to keep reminding myself that it’s just an ear
You make me smile, I believe you were trying to "lasso" some ear wax. They don't just do it in the movies but also still at rodeos and farms in the U.S., Canada and parts of South America, perhaps Australia as well although I'm not positive of that one. Love your videos, people can be so rude, ignore the haters.
Oh goodness, you have to hold your hands out that way the whole time and your neck? I hope you have a Jacuzzi at home or at the gym to get relief! Take care 😊
You may see surface wax from the ear canal or you poke into the plug. This is why cotton buds are bad. We need the surface wax to moisturise the ear and prodding any plug would push it further into the ear
What do you do when the evidence is so against what they say? So as such displayed they've obviously used a cotton bud/q-tip, do you challenge this when it is so obviously the case but they claim otherwise?
I can’t believe it! I was going to ask today if you could show us body posture pictures and what you have to do to get wax out. And you beat me to it! Thanks so much. I really enjoyed that.😊
Wow, that's pretty precise... Lol...😊
I would appreciate seeing the wax pulled out that’s not magnified.
That's what I like about you Neel. Sorry that happened to you 😔 Makes us wish there were lots more Neels ♥️

It doesn't matter what i'm doing on my laptop, as soon as my nightly tonic appears, I click on and enjoy the view immediately!!😀
Lasso, you were trying to lasso the wax. Fun! I know, not educational, but I'm one of the weirdos who enjoys your videos for entertainment, learning, and soothing.
Same here 😂 nothing else to do in a cold Sweden
Me too. Maybe someday my ear blockage knowledge will be useful or help me answer a trivia question. 😂
You're not alone. Each time he uses the forceps I imagine they're a tiny dinosaur 😅

I find it funny that my gf would be grossed out by any bugs but then i'll see her binge watching these videos just fine
🙃
That sounds like me

Really liked getting to see those stills at the end!

Yes he is Handsome❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I think most of us would agree with you! 😊
Ok love you guys so much y'all are so cute
Very informative to see the procedure photos. Thank you! I am always cheering for your success!
Thank your lovely model for her participation in your demo photos.
The word you were looking for was lasso. Awesome video as usual Neal! Loved the end of video. It was very interesting to see.
The pictures were great. Love your channel & I watch often.
Great Shot!! Well Done!! Hello From Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Been Following You For Tears!! 👍🏽
This was really a challenging procedure but thank God problem solved. Bravo Mr Neel 👏👍❤
Thank you, Mr. Neel and patient, for allowing your audience to see your where you perform these procedures!
One of the best audiology vids yet IMO. I did find the stills very interesting Neel. It looks quite uncomfortable for you? Is it?
So why do some patients faf about and fib to you about poking in their ears? It's not like you're going to punish them.....and you can always tell!😊
Exactly! Why lie?
Because they know they shouldn’t have so they feel guilty and don’t want to get told off again 😂
Very interesting video and you doing such an amazing job as always .. thanks again Neel
Awesome video! It was interesting to see how you position yourself while working. Perhaps in all your designing new tools you could come up with something that you could rest your arm/s on to help relive the stress some. Thanks for sharing with us!
Thanks, Neel, for video and very interesting images of the different positions with various equipment. Take care of yourself ♥️🙏🏼💯🏆🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just SUPER BLOODY FABULOUS, the VIDEO, the NARRATIVE and the STILL PHOTOS. FROM AUSTRALIA
That was very interesting - your showing how you use the three different instruments during your procedures. You must be very sore
In your neck, back, and arms after a day’s work! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge. I wish I lived in the UK - I would definitely see you. 👍😊
Thank you for the pictures ❤❤❤
You make your job seem so satisfying
Learning so much from this video. Thank you so much for sharing all of the knowledge.
"Mum used to clean my ears with a Qtip every weekend"
And now we know your superhero/ ear doctor origin story 😂
I can’t help myself doc Neel you’re absolutely beautiful inside and out!
It was very interesting to see the different positions of the patient for the different devices you use. Though I'm not sure why you don't have some sort of stand right near the patients head/ear when you use the WAXscope so you don't need to hold it the screen the whole time.
Respected Doctor, Why could not be a micro suction pipe be used for ear wax removal?
At the 9:26 mark that build up of dried crusted skin almost looks like a canal cholesitoma starting to form. Could that be the case if it was left without treatment.
I was wincing watching 0:50. You have an incredibly still hand. I could never

Another well executed Job ‼️ good Evening Neel 🙋🏽👍🏽😃.
Neel I so enjoy your presentation 😊thank you
Good sir, I believe the word you were reach for was "lasso" 👍 love your work. Very entertaining and educational and I'm just an accountant! 😂
Thank you for you videos. Do you have much information on tinnitus?
Very interesting! Thanks for showing us!
Your the best in the business .. hands down . I've been watching your videos for awhile.. If they offered these services here in the US I would gladly train under your guidance.. Good day sir.
❤😊 Great video, Neel! Such amazing informative content!
Nice job and great pics at end 👍
Nice work, as always.
Good evening Neel, great ear cleaning, you're a good looking guy too 😊
They were very dry ears and not helped by being pushed so far down. Interesting information about skin. Thank you Mr Raithatha.

Twice a year? Wow that person must really suffer a lot. Thanks for helping them.
Awesome job once again Neel, and if you don't mind me saying, you are quite attractive. 😊
What is the gold standard in treatment fungal infection?
Microsuction followed by antifungal drops/spray
Every ear was interesting. However I loved the pics of you and the positions you have to be in, to be able to use the different tools. From a comment earlier, you really are quite handsome. ❤ keep safe.
Yes he is❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thats it. I am so getting a Passport and coming to visit you from here in Canada. My ears will be happy and so will I
Since this patient needs regular wax removal, could she use an ear irrigator at home to prevent some of the buildup?
How do you know if you have a lot of ear wax's?
❤❤❤❤❤ Thank for sharing I did like the video because I seen with you head and neck up against the stand and a more relax position.. where you went from uncomfortable to relax. Very interesting plenty of good advice great to see how you work you certainly looked more comfortable in the last two photos

Neel has addressed this before and believe it or not, he said it's easier for him to be sitting down
@@22Purplemistthanx. I admit I watch sporadically and sometimes on a mute, cuz I'm at work.
Love the assistant's Glamour shot!
Lovely lady ☺️
Lariat or a lasso?
To be that small in the ear hole, those tools must be 1-2 ml wide I’m guessing? The camera makes it all look so big but I have to keep reminding myself that it’s just an ear
with that position all day you're going to have the world's strongest trap muscles by the time you retire
Yup
I think you amuse yourself asking your patients if they dug for gold in their ears with Qtips. You know they’re going to lie!
😊 Thank you doctor Neel for the after video it showed me exactly how you do what you do very Interesting and skillful you have strong arms.....
Es la nariz o el oido perdón x mi ignorancia
Very interesting video.
Great video and tfs!
Very informative in a good way
Do you ever use warm water to loosen the wax?
This was a great video Neel, thank you. Seeing the postures you have to adopt with each visualisation system was fascinating.
Lasso!!
You make me smile, I believe you were trying to "lasso" some ear wax. It looks extremely uncomfortable. All my respect for what you do.
Hi from Houston Texas
Love your videos
Fascinating how you do that all day!
Neel, you say "Nor point 1 mm" quite often. What does "nor" mean in this context? Thank you!
He's saying "nought" which in the UK means zero.
How doe the cerumen taste?
Wow that wax is so stubborn it’s probably from Cornwall.
Lassoing the earwax 😂 ye haw
that was tough wax! goodness 👍
😍😍
Does the patient get to watch while you clean there ears? I couldn’t quite see if she was able to look at a screen or not 😊
Amazing
I can't believe that people have plugged ears like this. I'm 63,and not once have I experienced ears this bad.
Oh goodness, you have to hold your hands out that way the whole time and your neck? I hope you have a Jacuzzi at home or at the gym to get relief! Take care 😊
Very interesting. And you young man, are very handsome.
Yes he is❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Would this mean if you use cotton bud you would not see wax.I know we should not use them and understand why x

Lasso, my friend
It’s called a Lasso, Doctor NEEL
