I hit the food lottery when I went to Dunkin Donuts
I asked for 2 chocolate frosted doughnuts and the young
lady accidentally gave me a dozen, I told her of the
mistake but she told me to keep them and only charged me for 2.
She said because of Covid once they handle food they can't
put it back.

@Aple_gaming Actually there are some farmers that sold their double yolked eggs separately from their normal ones. It's possible to do so because there's a slight difference between the double yolked eggs and the normal ones, their sizes that's it, the double yolked ones is slightly bigger(it's noticeable). Also, since they've lots of chickens, it's possible for them to gather lot's of these special eggs to be sold separately.
They usually sold it at a slightly higher price, but there's also some that sold it at the normal price.

My mom delivers groceries and food to people and an order for a kids meal for Panda Express was canceled so she got it for free, and the next day she got some free steaks from Outback Steakhouse after order for it was canceled it had huge steaks, rice, reeses pieces brownies, bread, shrimp, veggies and a sweet potato it’s very lucky to get free food twice in a row

This isn't as much of a food lottery as much as a colossal fail, but around Halloween at a local Target store... a whole shelf of candy corn was basically one giant candy corn glob in each bag, instead of a bunch of little pieces. I think it melted in the back of some truck but I really wish I'd taken a picture. I bought a bag that was not a solid glob (it was actually that bag that won the lottery there, being the only one to not be fused together) because I needed them to decorate cookies!
Best food lottery i had was 4 huge briskets for under 90$ i was able to cut them up into small roasts and it lasted us several months and was such a blessing 😊

I used to work at the Cheesecake Factory. Everyday we had to cut up a couple cases of strawberries. Every week or so we'd come across a really big one. Thing is the huge ones usually didn't taste as sweet as the regular ones.

I'm a baker and I use a heck of alot of yolks.
It happens rarely, but I do find double yolks a few times a year, and when I find one, I usually find a bunch of others.
We buy eggs per palets of 30, and when double yolks show up it's usually half the palet that has that, meaning it's not that uncommon.

Double yolk eggs are definitely a cool find, my grandmum has gotten a few in her lifetime. Though the real gem that I myself have seen was a friend who cracked open an egg, only for another egg to fall into the pan! I was so blown away, I didn’t even think that was possible, but it was so cool to see.

Actually, in my country, it's pretty common to open a watermelon and find it like that, but it's not really seedless, it has seeds in the inside but you can't see them until to cut it even more

I bought a half dozen pack of extra large eggs last year just after recovering from Covid and every egg had a double yoke. It might seem silly but it really lifted my spirits.
Double yoke eggs are farly common i have 6 chickens and i get about 1-2 double yoke eggs each year

I used to have a garden when i was younger. In that garden, i grew the biggest cucumbers and okra i had ever seen.
The largest cucumber i grew was nearly 3 ft long and about 5 inches wide, the biggest okra was about 13 inches long and about 2 inches wide.

In my school there is a soda machine and after a while it got alittle broaken, usually money got stuck, but it got truly broken after an 7th grader really hit the jackpot and after putting one dollar, all the 28 soda cans in the machine came down, since then some times you would get two cans instead of one or some time even get your money back after getting a can

There was one time where me and my brother were eating cheese balls, the ones with the weird barrel shaped container. We reached about the middle when we found a massive chunk of cheese. My food lottery experience: I was at my friends house and we were opening a bag of sea salt chips and as we opened them we saw a ginormous clump of sea salt seasoning at the bottom, we didn’t know what it was at first but because I’m a weirdo and eats really weird stuff I took a lick of the baby and that’s when we found out that this big clump of seasoning was indeed seasoning

Because mums & grandmothers would use such tins to hold their sewing supplies. My mum had one bigger than that just for buttons. I loved playing with those buttons when I was little.

Back in summer 2021 I harvested two batches of strawberries from my back garden. Twice in a row I found multi-berries in the patch, and in one of the harvests I found a berry that was the size of my palm. They went into wonderful smoothies that weekend.
