As someone who used to work in quality control, you don't test every single item in a batch. A percentage of a single batch is tested depending on batch size. If they all pass quality control inspection, then the whole batch is passed. For things automatically manufactured, there is still a small chance that the machine can produce something substandard. This is more likely to happen if the process, which includes packaging, is totally automated.

I'll admit I was one of these people once when baking. I can't remember exactly when it happened, but I was baking cornbread to go with my mom's chili. Just FYI, Quality Control people never check every single item. They do batch sampling. They might grab one box of items in 100 and check its contents. This catches persistent errors indicating faulty machinery. Random single mistakes can still get through.

I worked at a Walmart which have old emergency exits basically welded up and inaccessible doors. In short, if the place is a rented space, the owner might not want to remove a door or the renter might not want to pay for the whole thing so the condemned door is a much more common practice in those situation where a door get its handle removed and is just left shut.

But Sony was generous to make a 2 part headphone set. I'll admit I was one of these people once when baking. I can't remember exactly when it happened, but I was baking cornbread to go with my mom's chili. I had done it many times before, so she trusted me to do it again. I got everything together, mixed all the ingredients, and threw it in the oven. However, when it came out we realized something was wrong. We eventually worked it out that I forgot to throw in the eggs due to not being able to find any egg shells in the trash. Wasn't my best work I can guarantee you that because that stuff crumbled into nothing. WE still ate it but it was definitely something I learned from.

That Grommit mug was just a rip-off, but the mug with the handle on the inside is done on purpose, it's a novelty joke mug. Notice they didn't show what the graphic on the mug says? I've seen them with the slogan "I don't make Misteaks". It's sold as a gag gift.
Just FYI, Quality Control people never check every single item. They do batch sampling. They might grab one box of items in 100 and check its contents. This catches persistent errors indicating faulty machinery. Random single mistakes can still get through.
19:50 Running all those translations through a deep learning translator, all of those translations translate to "Diving Submarine". With the exception of Sous-Marin which as the video states simply translates to "Submarine". And possibly the Japanese flag one as I don't have a keyboard capable of replicating those characters. I think those translations were actually meant for a different toy entirely.

Quite common practice, when dividing cheap office spaces that have multiple entrances. I have worked in such office.
I worked at a Walmart which have old emergency exits basically welded up and inaccessible doors.
In short, if the place is a rented space, the owner might not want to remove a door or the renter might not want to pay for the whole thing so the condemned door is a much more common practice in those situation where a door get its handle removed and is just left shut.

On the other hand though, no one is going to be terribly interested in stealing this bike either. And from the looks of the bike, this was an intentional set-up for the picture, as there is no wear-and-tear on the bike; no grease or oil from a bicycle chain having ever being on in the first place. Getting a chain on and off from a single speed bike like this one apparently is would be difficult.

So... Probably someone did mistake while doing the order in the fast pace (threw the bun and the cheese at the same time and they collided), and removing the cheese in one peace would just take much more time, as it's sticky and rips really damn easily.

credit to the drywaller that rocked around that toilet. I suspect that took WAY more work to get to a lvl 5 finish on that shape than it would have been to just pull the toilet and cap the pipe.
The bike with the painted tyre (07:10) had a cable lock on it so they couldn't move it. Aligned bike pedals..... It's also missing the chain and anything for gear changing (13:45) but the pedals are definitely the silliest one. The "prongs" on a fork (15:53) are known as tines. Great stuff :D
At 14:40 you can see that the inner chainring has also been removed, this makes me think they are trying to convert an old road bike into a flat bar single speed bike and found that it isn't as easy as they thought.
