That’s definitely the most informative easy to follow post I’ve seen. My sons going crazy about the Razor stuff and wanting to modify what he has. This will make it so much easier.
I want to do this exact upgrade plus the battery gauge but your store is out of 2 pins Milwaukee adapters will the 3 pin and 4 pin work I’m not understanding what those options are for?
question thinking about buying a 1st gen what would i need to do to make this kit work? for reference i was planning on moving everything towards the front.
Just to follow up. We purchased the 48 Volt Controller upgrade. Not the battery adapter. Installed by watching the video. We have power to the on off switch. We plugged the three pin connector into the accelerator (not using the bottom 2 pins). Nothing happens when you push the accelerator

Glad it was helpful!
Top speed on 36v battery with the 800 watt controller (250 watt motor)?
16-20mph pending weight, terrain, tire, etc.
@ ok
So what’s the difference between the Razor 2pin, 3pin, and 4pin? I just ordered a crazy cart, not the DLX or XL, just the regular one
I offer different battery connectors for whatever connector your upgraded battery has

I’ll updated stock now
@@JordyBuildsthe 2 pin option is the one used in video correct?
I see now it’s an option on the controller too
I just sent in an order thank you brother
Thank you boss!
If I had a stock motor and I used this controller with these battery’s will it explode?
That’s what I’m using in this video is stock motor.
does the controller work good with the stock motor or will it explode or something over time?
Works great with the stock motor there’s always a chance of it burning up eventually when over volting but not common at all with the crazy carts
question thinking about buying a 1st gen what would i need to do to make this kit work? for reference i was planning on moving everything towards the front.
I wouldn’t spent more then $50 on a first gen. Everything should work still but requires more work
and can the battery be a 36v 360w lithium battery?
Which battery kit would work for the mx350
Check out my recent mx350 video it’s a black bike! It goes over full kit
will the battery adapters work with dewalts too?
I sell dewalt adapters !
Can i buy the controller and use a36v battery instead of the power drill batteries?
Yes!
I have a taxi garage 500w motor with 36v battery. Will this 800w controller destroy my motor?😅 probably a stupid question
Nope!
Do you have a dewalt adapter?
Yes
@ where can I get it?
Whats the top AH for that controller?
Ah is how long battery last so I’m not sure what you mean
Well for example the controller on my razor rambler says it only goes up to 15ah or also the batteries say
12v 7ah.
What prevents me from using this kit on a crazy cart v1?
I’ve heard it can be used on a V1. You just have to make sure you set up the switch properly. I just haven’t had a V1 myself to do it on.
@@JordyBuildsI can confirm that this setup does work on a v1 crazy cart without any issues
Can you make these adapter kits for 48v tool batteries?
Shoot me a email @jordybuildsyt@gmail.com
just got a cart and was wondering where to find 48v tool batteries? what kinda cart do you have and motor?
Can I use stock motet
Motor? Yes
Is your store permanently down?
No store isn’t down at all. I do have a few things out of stock as I got a bad batch of controllers waiting on a new batch!
Why doesn't the on side get used?
Idk what you mean
@@JordyBuilds of the 3 prong switch.
That’s for the light on the on/off switch not the actual on/off switch function. It’s how I set up my adapters 👍🏻
Is really the only thing you did was make it 24 -> 36 volts? Thats pretty fast! 😅
Yep 36v battery and controller!
@@JordyBuilds ok thanks i think i will buy later
It did not work I did everything and it didn’t work maybe I should just charge it?
Almost never have any issues. Check that you put adapter on both silver pins of on/off switch.

What do you mean you have power to the on off switch? The light should not light up.
What 48v battery do you have?
We made our own 48 V battery from a UA-cam video that has very good reviews
how fast
15-19mph
@@JordyBuilds will it go faster if I had a 48v 20ah battery and a 5a charger? Will it even work/ is compatible with this controller?
@@JordyBuilds is that speed for stock motor? And with 36v or 48v?
@@bubbachuck1 48v burns up stock motor quick
@@JordyBuilds so in this video you are using 36v am I correct? And also (15-19 mph) is that speed for stock motor? And with 36v or 48v?
