Tremec is good for n/a track applications. It’s still a kinda weak transmission. If you’re building for boost, it almost makes more sense to upgrade the synchros and gear sets in the mt82 because of the gear ratios and durability from upgraded parts. Plus a short throw and a better clutch definitely wakes things up!

Why not just get a barton shifter and you’ll forget you have an MT-82
