Surviving Water Fasting Day 2 & 3 Update How I Avoid Food & What's next...???

  • Hey Guys, This is day 2 and 3 of my water fast. I still have not had anything other than water but I do plan on starting bone broth very soon. I also got the wood floors somewhat cleaned, put up a dart board and tested the new Sony subwoofer. We still have a couple more things we want to get done and do before the big game but the house is coming along. Thanks for watching see you on the next one.

    The intermittent helps me stop eating at a certain time so im less interested in snacking . I also hit the gym at 5:30 every morning

    Good for you bro!!! Wife has been doing the fasting with bone broth for a while. She only eats dinner. Seems to work for her. Myself, I eat everything and just train like animal lol.

      Thank you Hahha it’s good you still have that train like an animal drive in you! Don’t take any long breaks I did once and never got that drive back lol. Maybe once I get to a weight I like I will get back in the gym. Ps you need to upload more power lifting vids they motivate ppl!

    Hey bro, congrats on water fasting. I’ve been water fasting regularly for 20 years. I water fast 72-96 hours every week. It takes a lot of mental fortitude and discipline. Just a heads up, here’s some advice. You don’t need the bone broth unless you’re trying to retain a ton of muscle like some athlete. Some things that will help you are drink water and some alkaline water to keep your electrolytes balanced ,and if you like coffee you can have black coffee. And a major important factor is WHAT ypu consume when you break your fast. If you want to get the best healthy results break your fast with raw or pickled garlic (3-4 cloves), and then eat a lean protein source (like lean steak or chicken breast) and some easy to digest vegetables and carbohydrates (like potatoes and peppers etc). And if you want something sweet, eat watermelon. Best of luck bro.
