Yeah, they play off of each other exceptionally well - really great stage chemistry between them. One of the biggest tragedies of Campaign One is that Percy and Grog don't interact more, because whenever they do it's gold.
Nah. Everyone thinks hes some god or eldritch being or vampire. He is not I say! He is the Bard Taliesin, who served the High King Bran the Blessed, before chasing off in madness and returning to serve the court of Arthur! He is Fae, or fae touched, to tell tales and travel for aeons longer!

Vox Machina trust literally no one, they've had a lot of interactions with people who were not who they seemed to be. They all are fairly suspicious so Grog just wanted to make sure it was Percy, and Percy answered exactly how he should have when questioned by a Goliath with 6 intelligence.
@@BRBJester Also, this would have been right in the middle of the Conclave arc, and dragons can shape-shift. I think they were having some Raishan issues.
It's all played for laughs but, I would have been super suspicious had Percy humored that request.
What an underrated character interaction. Really missing Percy these days.
I'm missing Cad but I'm just hoping we get more depth from Ashton
@@TenzinBeifongIII i am missing molly. for a long time.
Percy is just the best, miss him so much
I actually named my dog after Percy lol
My boyfriend's cat is named after Percy Jackson, but when I call him I always think of the one and only Percival.
@@bornagain_cynic oh, say hello from me to your little Precival Fredrickstein von Müssel Klossowski de Rolo III then ^^
Taliesin and Travis have to be my favorite duo in this cast

@Sir_Vader remember the shit with the Githyanki skull???
Can’t read tone but I thought that whole scene was soo cool, I love the way those two play, especially off each other
taliesin is an improv god. probably because he is an actual god but yea
He is Eotas himself, so yeah, kinda god)
Not a god, an Elder God, show some respect

That's Eldritch God to us mortals
I love Percy.
Well done.
Percy is still my absolute favourite CR character lol
Imagine if it was a party of shapeshifters against a bunch of other shapeshifters.
Long May Percy Reign!
Eat of his fruits!

We love sassy Percy.
So what is the context? Did they have shapeshifter trouble? Or did Grog's brain cells bounce together unexpectedly?

“Yeah that’s Percy alright.”
